Beautiful Wycombe arm chair
I bought the Wycombe arm chair for my bedroom and the photos on the website dont do it justice. The quality and feel of the oak is beautiful. Stunning timeless chair.
The delivery guys Mike & Sean also made the end to end experience great. Super polite and helpful - a credit to Neptune. The lady I placed the order with at the Edgebaston store ( another great experience) said the delivery people were fantastic and friendly and she was spot on. Thankyou Neptune for yet another beautiful piece. Wish everything in my home was a Neptune item

Gold standard kitchen design
The staff at Neptune made us feel extremely welcome when we visited the store to consider them for our kitchen. We worked with Jackie who was fantastic at converting our preferences into a beautiful and impeccably thought out design. We really felt listened to and the result is a kitchen of dreams with beautiful craftsmanship and thoughtfully designed features to work for our busy family. Special thanks to Jackie for her design expertise and Vicki for excellent coordination and customer service. Staff in store were friendly and kind, which made all the difference to our experience. We would highly recommend Neptune Edgbaston for gold standard kitchen design and customer service.

The quiet elegance of a Neptune Henley Oak kitchen
What a fantastic experience from the design and installation teams, everything went smoothly. The Henley Oak kitchen is lovely, classic, and does not compete for attention with other elements of the kitchen such as the range cooker, hand painted tiles, oak beams or log burner. It just sets the scene and establishes the overall tone as one of quiet elegance, which lets the bling elements shine. And most importantly, the functionality is amazing. Thank you Neptune.

I was advised that the delivery team…
I was advised that the delivery team would ring 30 mins before delivery which was due 1 to 4pm. They were to assemble the work station and remove packaging. No call, so I waited in until just before 4pm and popped out - the item was delivered and left in its packaging. The delivery team asked if the decorator was going to assemble the item - they were behind schedule and had to go from Birmingham to Gloucester. They did offer to return at some stage if necessary. Disappointing. This is a review of delivery, not the Edgbaston shop staff who are excellent.
