Neptune Tonbridge is my 'go to place' when looking for creative inspiration and help in the planning to make our home the beautiful, safe haven it has become.
Georgia is always on hand and goes the extra mile. If ever I'm not quite sure, I always receive the appropriate direction and guidance, whichever is needed.
This sort of support has given me more confidence. I love design but I'm no expert, therefore sometimes I'm not sure. To have an expert on hand to help with decisions has meant costly mistakes have been avoided, enabling the ability to step outside my comfort zone. I love Neptune and everything it's about - just the thought of a visit to the site fills me with excited hope of what's in store.

Great service from the Tonbridge shop and great quality furniture. Can’t believe we had never heard of you guys before our interior designer suggested we furnish our dinning room with your lights and table.

The service was excellent. The delivery man was very helpful, he unpacked my delivery and checked it was all ok. He even took all the boxes away. Would recommend Neptune 100%

We visited our favourite Neptune store in Tonbridge at the weekend. We haven't been in since we ordered our summer house kitchen with Vicky. This has now been installed and from start to finish all staff involved were excellent. It looks fab. The staff at Tonbridge are always very welcoming and helpful....thank you Dawn for all your help on Sunday and it was lovely to see Rachel again. We only popped in but as always ended up spending more time than we anticipated...I never seem to leave without a candle or two!

Chair legs marked delivery person took photos but I have not been contacted. I also ordered other bar stalls and these were marked as well on arrival. They need to change their packing when everything is coming via ship from China. These are expensive chairs and they should be perfect on delivery.

I have been coming to the Neptune at Tonbridge for a number of years now and would like to say how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Sally and Dawn are amazing, so lovely, friendly and helpful. I almost consider Sally as a friend of mine, she is so helpful with any orders I make, nothing is too much trouble and she makes my visits an enjoyable experience. 5/5, amazing shop, amazing products and amazing service all round.

Phillipa at the Tonbridge store gave the gold star treatment when I’d been hunting round for the Ashcroft placemats. Living 130 miles from the store that had one set left, Phillipa kindly helped me pay through the store and I had someone collect them. It was nice to complete my table set ready for my birthday.

I have bought many items for my home from Neptune (and many gifts for friends!) The Tonbridge store is really well laid out, and the team are fantastic. I have had items delivered, and the delivery staff are always professional, courteous and friendly. Even when a couple of orders made during lock down were delayed (due to the totally understandable situation going on at the moment) I was kept up to date with progress. Having gone into the store today I was met with the usual friendly professional assistance. I wanted to look a different options and nothing was too much trouble, so I wanted to say thank you and acknowledge what great customer service you provide as well as great products!

Excellent service and delivery. Love my new T v cabinet and workmanship of cabinet is first class.

A company that needs to remember who the customer is not the pleasant experience was expecting - will never buy from them again - should of gone elsewhere and if you are reading this do so - happier with my Howdens utility room so much more practical and far better value - appreciate response from Dawn but its too late

Sarah at Neptune, Tonbridge was amazing ! I had a vision of what I wanted and she completely captured it and has given me the dream Kitchen, Utility, and Bathroom I’ve always wanted.

Good quality goods, very helpful and pleasant staff - nothing is ever too much trouble.

The designer measured some key dimensions incorrectly resulting in curtailment of our original design objectives and significant modifications of our plans.
There were also difficulties in the execution of the revised plans and we did not feel that we benefited from appropriate expertise and guidance throughout the project.
