Very easy booking process
I made an enquiry and was emailed the details. Checked them all through. When ready to book got straight through to Phil and booked within 15 minutes. Very easy process. He was helpful and answered all my questions.. polite and respectful. Would certainly book again through Phil.

Mark was incredibly helpful
I dealt with Mark who was incredibly helpful from the onset. When we asked about certain cabins he said he would look into it & call back. He did just that & offered just what we had asked for. Several questions later, all answered, we booked our cruise.

I contacted the Onxy for a quote on a cruise ,1st time calling.
I contacted the Onxy for a quote on a cruise that I was interested in ,1st time using this company,I asked if they could beat a quote from a rival company ,which they did ,so I booked the cruise with Phil who helped me to get a decent price with a good cabin ,I will be thinking of the company next cruise I do .

Fab staff
Mark was fab ...he was able to recommend dates , sorted cabins for us. This is a lifetime experience for us so his valuable insight was much appreciated and enabled us to book something eyes wide open

Stay/Cruise Japan
I have booked a Stay/Cruise holiday to Japan. I have been really impressed with the customer service so far. I spoke with Mark who was very helpful and professional with organising my trip and answering all my questions, nothing was too much bother as I had to phone him a few times.
