Mihir is always super efficient, he responds promptly to any issues and on this particular occasion he sorted the problem in record time. He’s always polite and deals with problems in a calm and professional manner.

I've worked with PBM management for a couple of years now, and they are indeed definitely one of the better management companies I have dealt with. More specifically, I have had the pleasure of dealing with our portfolio supervisor, Sabrina - she has been nothing short of amazing to work with, always prompt to respond and very helpful!

We were struggling for information in regards to a property sale and the current management company were worse than useless.

She methodically analysed our problems... asked us the right questions and after due consideration gave us all the information we needed to progress.

We are in the process of selling our flat, anxious not to lose the sale, but my solicitor did not have much success securing the seller's pack. However, I called PBM and was given contact details for Sabrina Haghdoust who proved to be responsive and highly efficient. The pack was received very soon after my first contact with her, and a missing element was supplied the same day of asking.
I gave PBM 4 stars as my solicitor's emails were unanswered and it is hit and miss whether you can get through on the phone, but I would give Sabrina 5 stars for her professionalism and efficiency.

Agree with below, 5 start are probably from workers that been forced to do a good opinion or friends, familly, that probaly too.
Nadia, I won't even comment in details, maybe later, just avoid that name when you want to have someting resolved.
Customers approach, just discussing, waste of time always ask her to go to other person, save your nerves and time. Honestly, if they employment required or accept absolutely wrong attitud then there is chance all of them are she same, cheap adimn. I live her 7 years never been that bad since they ara managing, absolutely distaste agree with all my neighbour they are just waste of our money, other company been so much better, we had clean shead, now not even in use they cane be, not 1 was fixed for pass 2 years ect ect... Kennet Island not so good anymore thank to them

Spoke to a gentleman called Jetmir who was very helpful and polite. I had a query and a request for some previous paperwork from a few years ago.
He explained he could send it via email straight away and was true to his word. After the call writhing 10 minutes the documents I needed were sent to my email account.
I find this company always very helpful, polite and responsive to queries.

My solicitor wrongly got me to pay for something. This was picked up by PBM and Olivia sorted a refund the very same day. Great service

A good Management Company to work with!

Often dealing with property queries is not easy. On some occasions mine has been complicated with different depts of PBM. I would say that they do genuinly try to help. I am the Executor of a property managed by PBM. I would say that I have always received very quick response times and especially from Olivier Butler, I think she shows a genuine effort to sort things.

We had issues with a mortgage application and attaining the EWS1 form. Shushanik Sargsyan was incredibly professional and friendly with a quick turnaround on providing the necessary information we needed. Even following up with a copy of the newly published report after the issue had been sorted.
