Ordered a Thule 4500 but when they came to process the item was not in stock, however they emailed & telephoned to asked if I wish to cancel the order, which I did not they kept me updated on the new delivery scheduled & it arrived on time.

I have given 5 stars because the staff were very helpful when I was ordering new Thule parts , they pointed out I had ordered the wrong ones. They also kept me updated as there was a delay in the parts arriving.my only issue was waiting over 4 months for the parts , but I put that down to Thule not perfect awnings.

Bought an awning sun blocker, brought the wrong product by mistake. Spoke with a lady call Kim, about returning the item direct to the shop in Southampton. She confirmed this was a option. Then radio silence. I dropped the item at the shop for a full refund. Said it would be processed. Radio silence, no email confirm refund action. I had to chase, spoke Pete who wasnt very helpful. Said it would be done. Over a week after dropping the item off. I never got a full refund, removed £12 for some reason?! Rubbish customer service. Wont be buying from this place again.

Update. As per your reply below. You've managed to reply and update this review but wont reply to my emails. The delivery charge fee deduction was not communicated.

Ordered an awning and fixings etc
The following day I received a phone call and email apologising that the product was out of stock and asking how I would like to proceed?
I rang customer services and said I was quite happy for my order to be put on back order until it came back into stock.
A week later, I received another email telling me the manufacturers were sending the order direct, and I received it two days later along with the rest of my order.
Communication matters, and their customer service dept did exactly that; hence the 5 stars

I ordered by telephone and the lady who took the order was most helpful ensuring that I was ordering the correct parts for my camper conversion.
The order arrived a day early in first class condition.

Having dealt with Perfect Awnings previously, I thought that they would give great service and I was not surprised.Delivery on time and with no hiccups. Items purchased were just as expected.

Would recommend these guys to anyone. We’re having our awning fitted next week and the customer service we’ve received already has been second to none. So impressed. Kim has been so helpful and gone over and above to help us sort our awning, answering questions and just being a general really helpful point of contact. Kim found a fitter but because of the timings to fit found another better suited and closer to home for us and everything was seamless. We’re really looking forward to having our Thule awning fitted soon and will return to PA should we need anything else and I’ll 100% be sharing across socials! This team are where you want to get your awnings from. 10/10 thanks so much!!
