Kit not adapted to van, VW T7 2025. Mounting bracket angles wrong, and they fix only to the aluminum exterior of the van not to the steel chassis inside. Not very reassuring as for life span

We're very sorry to hear you have concerns over the multi-rail kit you ordered.
We can assure you that it is a specific multi-rail kit for the T7. 100%.
Looking back at your communication with us, you wanted to use this for a Fiamma F45S, which is also absolutely fine to use. There's even an installation video on our website for using the multi-rail solution with this particular awning.
I cannot see any communication from you to query any installation challenges you have encountered, but we are here to help!
Please email us with images that show the issues you have encountered and we will be happy to help you resolve them asap.
This mounting solution is used on many vans and motorhomes and is of the highest quality. The lifespan is superb and is not a concern.

Great diagrams to help get right parts!
The detailed diagrams and descriptions on the website meant that I could fairly easily work out what I needed - I was trying to get specific parts for my motorhome wind-out awning which had come into contact with an overhanging branch!
I sent a photo of the damaged bit to check I was ordering the right things - quick response, and even quicker delivery of the parts! Great service.

Steve was amazing and helped us through the whole process. From deciding on best fit and size to fit our van- to finding a local fitter to fit professionally to the van. The win g was then sent directly to the fitter, all we had to do was arrive.
Extremely helpful service all the way. Highly recommend.

Customer service at its best
Customer service at its best. We wanted a Thule Omnistor 1200 pull out awning for caravan but as we live in Northern Ireland, most GB suppliers were quoting crazy delivery costs. In less than a day, Adele was able to get us a realistic delivery quote and in less than a week the awning arrived in perfect condition. Can't thank Adele enough, she really pulls out all the stops to ensure exceptional customer service. We have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Awnings and will certainly purchase from them again.

Spoke to Perfect Awnings about a potential purchase.... Sent them all the measurements to check whether it would fit. Very helpful until they had our money.
Item arrived, box completed disintegrated in transit. Despite checking, awning did not fit and perfect refused to accept a return or refund as it is not in resellable condition (no box).

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It’s disappointing to hear that you haven’t been happy with the service received from Perfect Awnings, however I can assure you that we have tried our very best to help you in this situation.
The tent which you have purchased is the correct size for your awning (this has been double-checked and confirmed directly with Thule too), however there is an issue due to the position your awning has been fitted in. We have provided information and guidance on a number of ways that this could be rectified and haven’t had responses to whether this has been done or not to date.
We of course would accept any items back for a refund in line with our returns policy, however as the item isn’t in the original packaging this wouldn’t be possible. There was no mention of the box being damaged or disintegrating in transit previously and this was not logged with the courier on receipt of the items. We have also offered support on selling these items on and offered to refer any customer who is purchasing the same item to you in the first instance.
We take customer service extremely seriously at Perfect Awnings and strive to ensure every customer has the best experience possible, however sometimes there are issues outside of our control.
