Tread with caution!! ⚠️
I ordered a Thule canopy which was broke on putting the canopy up. Perfect awnings have said they will rectify this and get a replacement sent out which is great.
However 3 WEEKS later I’m still waiting for this replacement and I’ve been told it’s in their warehouse. They have not been keeping me informed and now I’m stuck with a broken canopy.
Awful customer service, I won’t be using them again and I won’t be recommending them to anyone else.

Unfortunately this is one of those times when we have to hold our hands up and apologise that things just didn't go as planned with this order.
First the item ordered had a manufacture defect from Thule.
Secondly we did not have a replacement immediately available to replace it as there had been a rush of orders around the Easter holiday break. This delayed the replacement coming in.
Third, the courier company had a short delay for the delivery of the replacement.
We did everything we could to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but situations out of our control sent everything off course.
We do sincerely apologise for the issues you experienced with your order. You can see from our otherwise excellent reviews that this is not the norm for us, but understand it was a frustrating experience.

Arrived on time, looks good but feel that it needs more than the 2 brackets supplied in the mounting kit as instructions only mention gluing on.
