Would not recommend
Installation team showed up 5 hours late, no contact was initiated by company, I had to chase them up. They had to come back at least once because the install was apalling. We initially asked for a larger system and were told we didnt need it. The system is not large enough and doesn't work as advised and now our second existing inverter is t getting the same power it used to, costing us money.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Very friendly chaps that just got in and got the job done took all boxes etc away with them and left place spotless. Organised the app on my phone and had the battery synce. Very happy with size of battery thinner than I was expecting. By my app my power has gone from $4 a day to $1.80 so far battery is 100% by lunch time.

The initial meeting and sign up process was simple. There was very little follow-up between the signed contract and workers arriving to install. We had to check if they were actually coming on the assigned date. There was a little confusion about system capabilities during grid outages on the morning of installation - once these were sorted the process was seamless. The software to track battery charge and usage is simple and easy to understand.
