They simply don’t answer my emails when it is related to the building daily operation. four requests, only one answer where I was redirected to another person. So 4 requests , nothing sorted

Avoid at all costs. I have been consistently ignored by Premier Estates for over five months. While they have occasionally responded, I have faced constant delays, been told my information has been lost, and 'warehoused'. My issue regarding an EV charger (paid for by me) has been completely neglected. Despite escalating to a formal complaint, following stage one, and requesting phase two, I have received no response, and they are now ignoring me. This is unacceptable, especially bad with the 18% service fee increase. I will now likely lose my grant. I will no doubt need to take legal action and will consult a solicitor.

Response to issues are so so slow, wrong tradesman sent out to deal with issues, emergency contact number never answered, work carried out is shoddy and on top of that fees are astronomical and keep on rising

Owned a flat on a site managed by Premier Estates. They are incredibly expensive but they managed the place generally to an acceptable standard. I have now sold the flat and although I have had to pay them £400 for a pack to enable the sale to do through and although my solicitor and the vendor's solicitor have apportioned the fees for the 6 month period in which the sale took place, the company insist on sending me emails for future services for a flat which I no longer own. I have emailed the credit control function back and received no response. I have called the Macclesfield office number on the email- no one picks up. If they decided to issue proceedings for the "unpaid" invoice, I hope their lawyers charge them a fortune to discover I don't have any dealings with them. Avoid like the plague.

Helpful and relatively quick

Spoke with Lydia on the phone who was extremely friendly and also very helpful with my enquiry and provided me with the information that I required in a timely manner.

Told to use the Premier estates portal to to address my questions in response to my email. Tried to register yet again, with error messages saying need to contact with email, did this yet again, got return message to log onto the portal with provided information.
Guess what error messages again, contact by email, why will they not provide a phone number to resolve this issue, spent 2 hours on this now, lost the will to live today, a probably simple task to resolve by phone, but no emails only. Aghh
Giving up, they will make contact to me somehow when payments not received.
What is happening to the world, no one speaks anymore.

Demanding money for grounds maintenance for work when the work wasn't actually carried out as it was supposed to be.
Raising the yearly charge for 2026 by over four times the UK official inflation rate.
The Development is Towerlands now named Birch Park. Braintree.
I messaged the Premier team several times since and included photos of land that hasn't been maintained. They either didn't respond or fobbed me off. Always denying responsibility.

So far, overall I have had a very poor experience. I have to keep chasing Premier Estates just to get a reply. They are slow to act and have retracted their commitment to maintain our communial green, to a reasonable level. Very disappointed with the company, who I had hoped were going to be good. This is my experience over the last year.

I have emailed several times requesting an area of the estate to be looked at and have been told it’ll be sorted. Months later still no change and now my emails aren’t even getting a response. Estate isn’t being looked after. Very disappointed

Poor maintenance and a fly tipping problem

Primer estates have only had this contract a short time. But we have found them to be helpful and friendly, and no complaints

Generally very good but as 100% of the residents at the Hitchings would have preferred the original name Hares Chase wonder why this was changed

Our current estates team are excellent. Professional responsive, knowledgeable, experienced and approachable.
