Not a good company
Having phoned and sent numerous emails to request repairs since beginning of September I’m still no further ahead .
I could understand if the repairs were non urgent but an intercom that doesn’t work and keys that won’t unlock the main door are causing security risks as residents are now leaving the main door to the apartment open day and night .
There are no lights in the parking bay/refuge area or the front entrance which is a health and safety issue.
Residents pay a high maintenance fees to live in these apartments so expect repairs completing but it’s certainly not happening !
Update
So I had contact with the general manager who assured me the repairs would be completed but not one of the repairs have.
Any advice on where to go next would be appreciated.

Prompt and efficient service

Patricia, our building’s concierge, is truly exceptional. She goes above and beyond every single day to help residents, and the community is genuinely better because of her.
For anyone new to London, Patricia is a lifesaver. She effortlessly connects people to reliable service providers, something that would take weeks or months to figure out alone. Her knowledge, network, and willingness to help make settling in so much smoother.
One example that really shows how formidable she is: a laundry company delivered clothes to the wrong resident (their mistake), and Patricia still managed to track everything down and get the items returned quickly. She handles these situations with a level of dedication and calm that’s honestly rare.
Paty’s secret? She’s proactive, unflappable, and wonderfully zen (she practices yoga, reiki, and meditation) and it shows. No matter what urgent request or odd situation comes her way, she never blinks. She just gets things done with grace.
Patricia is a true star, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her.

Grade 1 listed building
Premier has been our managing agent for a very long time
I am now in a situation where my windows are very rusted. They are very draughty and I think dangerous, one resident’s window actually fell out. Premier does nothing to advise a solution except support a very long term project of repair which is very expensive and will take forever. I know it is a Grade 1 listed building and it needs looking after but Premier, as Managing Agent should have arranged to have the work carried out every few years as stated in the lease and the cost would have been dealt with regularly and the building would have been looked after.

The next phase of works is scheduled to begin in the New Year, and we’ve kept all leaseholders updated throughout, with written communications and a meeting to discuss progress and next steps.

A Union in Transition
Apart from an increase in Service Charge that is way above the rate of inflation generally good. Also helpful would be greater cooperation with CRL on Government Funding for upkeep of the Building.
