Staff were very helpful when I made my first enquiry on behalf of my mom I just wanted all the information sending so I could discuss with the family I then started receiving phone calls chasing me said I still wasn’t ready yet wanted to book a call back etc felt everything got a bit pushy when I did phone to buy I couldn’t because the person dealing with me was off so had to then wait until she was a available

It would have been a 5 stars had I not had to speak to a second adviser (Jayne) who was so helpful and very professional.
This is a difficult telephone call to make but this young lady was so helpful and with a sense of humour which does help.

Just received a call after last year out of curiosity looking at prices, asked why I hadn’t booked to use pure cremation in a opinionated manner and do I realise prices have gone up and likely to in the future, Told them sensitive subject and didn’t appreciate the pressure selling goodbye 😳
