Pure Cremation - 5 star service
From the day my mum passed and I was in contact with Pure Cremation. They are attentive, efficient and really made the whole process extremely smooth for me. They asked how I was. Answered all my questions even with me being so overwhelmed they really put my mind at ease. I am very happy with their service and I know my mum is in good hands and she would be happy to know that all went well. Thank you and a huge thanks to Sonia Otero who was looking after my mums cremation, she really helped me remain calm and was on hand if I needed her. I put my mums request in their hands and I am extremely grateful and happy that everything has gone to plan. I will defo recommend Pure Cremation. It was my best friend who suggested I use them as they helped her when her dad passed. Thanks again x

I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation for the very necessary plans to help loved ones when unavoidable difficult times arrive. Their representative, Steve Preston, provided full details in a lucid and considerate manner - no sales talk, no pressure, just information. Much appreciated in these current times. Details of various plans were emailed to me so I could sit quietly and consider my best options at the current time. This was greatly appreciated and acted upon. Peace of Mind.
Just a simple phone call enabled me to make sure my loved one would be taken care of, when the time comes. They were very professional and explained the process sensitively.
When the paperwork arrived, there was a spelling error in the name, i contacted via email and they replied quickly, amended their records, and sent out new paperwork with the correct spelling. I am very happy to have eventually done what needed doing and Pure Cremation made it easy. Thank you.

No trouble at all to arrange
It was all so easy to arrange from beginning to end, which makes a big difference. After I submitted the form, confirmation came through. No issues. Everything is now in place and ready for the inevitable. Hopefully not yet though. Thank you Pure Cremation.

Insensitive
My aunt suddenly lost her son on Christmas Eve. She chose Pure Cremation. They failed to keep her up to date and she eventually scattered my cousin's ashes. 3 weeks later Pure Cremation mail dropped her son a promotional letter to organise his own cremation. Something they had already done 3 weeks prior. My aunt was devasted. Pure Cremation did acknowledge their mistake and said they put in place measures to make sure it did not happen again. However, the letter received to my aunt referred to her son as her cousin. Big mistake again. Words fail me. My aunt has arranged her own funeral with a rival company and both myself and I would not recommend Pure Cremation.
