Our platform is available to use on weekends and bank holidays however payment wont be processed until the next working day.
We have API for specific currencies meaning some payments will still be processed on weekends depending on receiving bank.

Excellent service from the trading team - less that 24hrs to lock in a trade price, send the invoice, me to pay the invoice, then them to send the currency and have the currency credited to my account. Considering this involved multiple banks in different time zones and different currency this is a great result!

Safe at Last
I had to transfer some Euros from a bank in Spain to sterling in UK. At the end of a terrible and very expensive experience of banks in Spain, I was suspicious of all to do with banks. Rational Fx has restored some of my faith because they did exactly what they said they would. I would only comment that the processes around customer number and password was confusing to a non-expert in technology

I’ve been dealing with RFX now for 17 years and have always had great service from Milun and his colleagues. Unfortunately over the past 3 months their relationship with Lloyds has moved to J.P. Morgan who are slower to process deals. Thankfully Milun has a good customer service attitude and always sorts out any hiccups.

Incompétence
Incompétence ! Manque de sérieux !
1 mois que j'ai demandé le transfert de fonds en devises et que RationalFX ne parvient pas à transmettre cet argent prétextant qu'il manque des informations ou que les banques destinataires sont introuvables ou encore qu'ils ont rejeté les fonds...
C'est quand même étrange quand des sociétés concurrentes y parviennent sans problème !
Maintenant je suis prise en otage avec mon argent chez eux qu'ils ne sont pas capable de transférer nul part !
