Making the complex much simpler.
Working with Lewis is a delight, he’s careful, patient, stays connected, doesn’t use too much jargon when I needed to keep things simple. I’ve grown to really trust and enjoy the connection & the process and when I had a big transfer to arrange we stayed close in watching for the ideal time. It was exciting, only slightly nerve-wracking, and successful. Sharing his enthusiasm, I feel that Lewis has my best interests at heart in understanding my situation. I’d absolutely recommend Lewis and will use RFX again.

Il est urgent de revoir votre procédure.
Vous envoyer des mails pour solliciter vos clients à faire des opérations de transferts. Mais lorsqu'ils sont fait, on est obligé de renvoyer les mêmes informations à plusieurs chargés de dossier. Vous changer de chargés de clientèle sans nous avertir et ce qui reprennent le dossier ne savent rien sur les sociétés qu'ils sont censé servir.

Great System with Great People
Several months ago my own bank caused a problem with Rational's system. But Rational solved the problem by having a senior manager take action and contact me to explain things. That was Good.
But what was Great was that a few days ago I started another transaction and the same senior manager immediately got in touch with me. There was no problem this time and the Great System did its job - but how great to know he knew I was there and wanted me to feel comfortable.

RationalFX has had my funds for over a…
RationalFX has had my funds for over a month. Not only have they not completed the transfer as directed without explanation, they told me they needed to return the funds to my US account. I provided all of that information to them over a week ago, and the funds still have not been returned. My rep, Faizan has done little in providing me with information as to the nature of the delays and following through on returning the funds to me. While my one other experience with RationalFx was predictable and easy, this experience has been terrible, and they don't seem to care.
