Easier than I expected to redeem the voucher. Really great way to offer rewards to your people.

I would like to request that Reward Gateway add open-loop prepaid Mastercard or Visa options to our selection. With everything being so expensive, employees need more flexibility to cover daily essentials: Travel & Fuel: A prepaid card would let staff use rewards directly for petrol and commuting costs. Dietary Needs: Current grocery retailers do not stock fresh halal meat, restricting some employees from using rewards for weekly food shopping. Adding a prepaid card usable anywhere would help everyone manage the cost of living and make our benefits truly inclusive.

The platform is easy to navigate, gives colleagues access to a wide range of discounts and benefits, and provides a central place for recognition and engagement activities. Features such as employee discounts and recognition tools have been well received and support our wider colleague experience.

The support team has generally been helpful and responsive when we've needed assistance, and the platform continues to evolve with new features and improvements.

Like any large platform, there are occasional limitations and some areas could be more intuitive for administrators, particularly when managing content or reporting. However, these are relatively minor compared to the overall value the platform provides.

Overall, Reward Gateway has helped us create a more engaging employee experience and is a solid solution for organisations looking to bring together benefits, recognition and communications in one place.

I had a superb experience with Reward Gateway's customer support. After making an honest mistake with a gift card, I got in touch and they responded promptly and resolved it as a good will gesture. I'm very grateful for their excellent customer service. Keep up the fantastic work.

I had an ordered the wrong voucher (my mistake). The call centre was easy to get in touch with and within a day a refund was arranged. The team went out of their way to help, which was really appreciated!

Easy to use and great selection

Superb Customer Service.

After making a huge error to the tune of £414, the money is going to be refunded back onto my card. I bought a card to purchase a bed for my grandsons, from a national chain, only to discover that when I tried to pay, it was one of their verified sellers and not the company themselves and the card was not redeemable on this occasion. One quick email on Friday night and a response on Monday with the details of the refund. I can not fault them at all. First Class Service. Thank you.

I had great help from Lin and Lazar in arranging for the return of an expiry fee when one of my cards had expired and I had not managed to transfer my balance before the deadline. Both were courteous and acted promptly to resolve the issue.

Amazing service. I have made significant savings using the digital vouchers over the last few months. The Engage platform is extremely easy to use and I love the customer service on offer. Regardless of the time, I can engage with someone and a quick resolution is offered when issues emerge. They are an example to other firms.

The selection of gift cards does not include Amzon.

The website is easy enough to use BUT although you can get vouchers for different places you HAVE to spend all your vouchers in one checkout, so had to figure out what to get to total £150 all at once. Have used other systems where you can get £20 of something one month, £50 somewhere else the next. This does not work that way.
