Very limited places to use this reward. Also, having to use in multiples of ten at at one store is not good. I have to travel 20 miles to use the reward because it has to be done in store.

Great offers and the team deliver a 5* customer experience
I purchased a voucher where the conditions had stipulated that it could not be used on certain items. Unfortunately I did not realise the item I wanted came under this restriction until after I had purchased the voucher. I immediately reached out to Reward Gateway to explain this and in the circumstances they obtained a full refund for me from the supplier. I generally have always had a great experience whenever I have needed to make a saving. It is quick and easy to use however this recent experience stated above, in particular, has been fantastic and seamless.

Why a Prepaid Visa Card Works Better Than Retailer Vouchers
I recently redeemed vouchers for a coffee machine, but the price increased before I could order. Because the vouchers were locked to that specific retailer, I had to pay the difference out of pocket.
Switching to a flexible option like the Edenred prepaid Visa card would allow employees to spend their balance anywhere. Given the current cost of living, this flexibility would make a significant difference for everyone.

Excellent customer service from Spas
Excellent customer service from Spas. Unfortunately, I had an issue with some instant vouchers I recently purchased in error from 'Rewardgateway', and Spas was able to assist me with getting a full refund from the seller, in a timely manner. I really couldn't ask for more. Thank you Spas for your amazing customer service! Please continue doing what you are. You are an asset to the company! Thanks again. :)
