My experience with this company has now gone from bad to worse!!!

From being told, over the phone, they had stock of the Pram bundle we needed for our babygirl arriving in a week now, to then being told they had made a mistake and should expect delivery end of October...to TODAY being informed of FURTHER DELAYS and delivery END OF NOVEMBER.

I have no words. Beyond ridiculous.

It is a really loving look double pram, love the evergreen colour
It’s lovely to push , apart from walking over the grass or going on woodland walks
It is nice to push on the pavement

I was able to find the best deals for baby products here. I had to ammend my order, customer service was 100% brilliant. I was able to change the order with no hassle. To top it all, all were delivered the next day. Thanks.

Delivery was very quick and they had stock of an item which was sold out everywhere else.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!PLEASEEE!!! Product shows like will be delivered on Monday(ordered on Friday) which didn't arrive,texted to customer service,they said that is not in stock and will come at the end of the month(ordered on the 9th October) . Don't order if you don't want to be disappointed or if you really want to receive your product ! This company is either a scam or just not serious at all and just want to get your money. Waiting to see if they will send the refund as not going to wait a month for something that says it will come in 3 days !!! BIG NOOOO !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I bought a car seat from the Samuel Johnston website. The price could not be beaten for a well known brand it was the cheapest I had ever seen it advertised by miles. The delivery time was amazing! It arrived at my door the next day. Thank you so much Samuel Johnston.

Delivery to the UK was fairly speedy, E-Mailed the company once and received a very quick response.

Went in store to get two car seats and the staff were really informative and helpful, brought the seats out to the car for us for us. Will defo be back!

I had a surprisingly great experience with Samuel Johnston. I purchased one of their pram bundles, which was good value for money. The bundles included a wide range of items useful for a first time parent to get started. The item also came in less than a week.

Placed an order on 3rd of August, have still yet to receive my order. Have contacted a few times over the order but still waiting for a reply to my email and when I rang was told I would be called back in 10 minutes and that was over a week ago. Won’t be buying again and will more than likely be looking for a refund on my product to buy elsewhere.

Excellent delivery time! Ordered a car seat yesterday morning and it arrived today. Excellent communication of shipping and delivery too. Very happy with their service so far.
