Great service and excellent delivery time
Ordered a pram local to me in Dublin to be emailed 2 weeks before delivery to advise me they didn’t have the colour in stock, after some research and finding Samuel Johnston and reading the good reviews I phoned to ask had they stock a lovely man answered I think maybe Sam and was so helpful. He advised he would check stock and call me back. 10 minutes later he phoned back to let me know they had 1 in stock for express delivery and he made it available on the website for me.
The pram was actually €200 cheaper with Samuel Johnston.
The pram was shipped the next day and received by dpd the following day, a total of 2 days from ordering.
DPD did only arrive with one box and I reached out to Samuel Johnston who emailed back near enough straight away to say a different driver had the second box, this arrived later in the day.
I couldn’t recommend Samuel Johnston enough from start to finish buggy arrived secure in the boxes and the staff are so lovely to deal with, I’d travel from Dublin to visit the stop without hesitation and will definitely order again! Thanks guys for saving the day for me during such a stressful time 🥰

Great products with amazing prices
Great products with amazing prices. Good communication and quick delivery. Customer service was excellent, very helpful, professional and proactive. I would definitely recommend.
Avoid at all costs
Found what we thought was a great bargain for a stroller that we had our eye on. Purchased the stroller set and splashed out on a few other bits for the baby seeing as we saved so much on the stroller.
Followed up after about 10 days and received no response. Two days later we got an automated response to say that the order was cancelled as they did not have the stock. This was on Friday the 9th of May. As of Monday the 12th of May the set is still up on the website but conveniently €100 more expensive.
I followed up with another email and still have had no response. Poor company. Would not recommend as they can not be relied on and don’t even have the decency to respond to their customers queries. Would recommend to avoid at all costs. Don’t waste your time.
Do not order from this company
Do not order anything online from this company. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. No order received and, after an initial response to my email querying this asked for my order confirmation email to be sent to them (they didn’t have this on their system), no further response. Their “customer service phone line” doesn’t work either. Thankfully I paid through PayPal but had to open a dispute to get a refund. Avoid!

Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company! No working customer service phone line and does not answer email. Received no update on an “express deliver” order after two weeks and the platform shows no record of my order due to a broken online system on their end. I have been asking for a refund as I cannot wait for the item any longer and I have not received any response. Do not recommend any purchase on this website if you want to receive your items.

Products not fit for purpose & no replacement parts or repair route offered
The customer service from this company is ridiculous. We bought a Noordi pram bundle from them before Christmas which included a car seat. We only started using the car seat at the end of December and by late February, the car seat hood clip had broke. Went in today to speak to Samuel Johnstons, where we bought from, and see what could be done as it’s now catching on the seatbelt and they couldn’t have been more uninterested. They told us it wasn’t under warranty as it was “accidental damage” and there was no replacement part for us to purchase but yet it’s the car seat clip has came loose then tried to proceed to tell us we pulled it too far forward. Shouldn’t car seats be fit for purpose and shouldn’t they NOT catch on important parts of a car such as the seatbelt?!
Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Spent lots of money for to be let down 2-3 months into using a product.
Amazing customer service
I ordered a Silver Cross pushchair and car seat in November. They arrived quickly and I got them for a great price compared to other sites but the car seat handle was completely snapped in half. Even though we'd passed the window for reporting damages listed on the website, Samuel Johnston's customer service were very understanding and as it was clearly a manufacturers fault they got a new one sent out to me as soon as I sent back the damaged one. The new one also arrived really quickly so I was very happy as my baby was due a month later.
5* service and I will be sure to use them again and I have been recommending them to friends too.

Item received within time frame and as described
We ordered a scooter for our kid and item arrived within the time frame and intact. The product is working well so far and I've registered for warranty with the brand. Overall, we're quite satisfied with our purchase. We didn't need follow-up customer support and prior to purchasing, Samuel Johnston was efficient with responding to emails.

Placed an order for a double buggy was told it would be delivered in about a week had to cancel the order as they had a massive delay of 2 weeks and half... and wouldn't even let me know I had to chase them down
Best place to shop
The website was attractive not loads of colours , prices are reasonable and information on products wasn't in big vocabulary words, very easy to navigate around the website and delivery was fast and the product I bought not one fault Can I say compared to buying an item out of another store that has to be returned 3 times over faults and missing parts , when you sign up you get a welcome offer, I honestly couldn't fault the company at all, I got an 360 isofix seat and so easy to to put in the car. Saves a lot of time and also grows with the child , even the packaging it arrived in not unnecessary huge box and perfect padded so no damage being delivered. Cover can be washed and no sign of wear and tare, and my child loves the seat it's very comfortable, and even all the times it's been clean it looks just how it did when it arrived , great quality..

Absolute appalling customer service
Absolute appalling customer service, no empathy for customers situations.
Paid for a travel system and only half the order was delivered. No urgency in trying to rectify their error. Just said they would raise an investigation with dpd. Dpd didn't even deliver the parcel so obviously they hadn't even looked into it correctly and tried to make out they have. When I explained I had recently been recovering from surgery they basically said they didn't care and should of reported missing items within 3 days. Explained I had been in hospital and if the email had of said it would be in two packages then it would of been reported. However, email states only 1 package. Scammers, stay well clear. I wish I had of asked for the customer service advisors name to report him as I have never experienced such poor customer care
Wrongly advertised and terrible customer service
Purchased a car seat online 2 weeks ago and was sent one with a different design than what we chose, have tried emailing and calling and have had no response to find out what's happened.
Spent over £200 and the customer service from them is non existent, no one answers the emails and the phone line just rings out and repeats the message of 1 for customer service or 2 for trade. False advertising and definitely would not recommend ordering from them.

Ordered a fluffy ride on dog for my grandaughters 1st birthday & when she tries to sit on it she’s constantly falling off as the cover comes off constantly, i have contacted the company on several occasions by email & phone to be told there is nothing that can be done as this is by design, they then asked for videos to be sent & said they couldn’t give a refund or exchange , absolutely shocking customer service & will not use this company again !
Don’t waste your time.
Paid for an item that said shipping within 11-21 days, a month later and still wasn’t shipped. Tried contacting customer services to ask for an update, never heard anything back. Refund requested.

Delivery was at least a couple of weeks after expected, though requests for review were received way before the item. Can’t see that I’ll win an award for less than +ve review.
The customer service contact, could’ve been better. Had I not called before Christmas to ask where my item was, don’t think I’d have been contacted.
