I spoke to someone else the day before
I spoke to someone else the day before, who I could not understand properly and when they gave me a telephone number to ring to continue the sale a number was missed meaning I had to go through the whole procedure again. Today, when I rang and spoke to Rebecca, what a difference. I could understand her perfectly and she was so helpful, giving me all the information I needed plus more. Was very professional and knowledgeable. You need more like her in your organisation. Very impressed and grateful I got through to her.

had to call helpline twice. online chat function not working. couldn't find my shares as address change affected them. not told on first call the order to change.

Since the start of Sept
Since the start of Sept, I have tried to replace missing LLOYDS shares paper certificates. Having raised a complaint on the 1st Sept & agreeing a course of action, today the 7th I found a letter from Equiniti with incorrect information. They wanted me to sign this letter. I have now raised another complaint about the errors & incompetence of Equiniti. And I may well write to the Company Secretary of LLOYDS to outline the poor service I am receiving from their chosen share registrar.
