The Equiniti Shareview helpline were excellent in providing clear advice and help. I spoke with Sean who was very knowledgable in the subject, managed to answer all of my queries and concerns, and provided me with links to other subsidiary information sources.

Date of experience - dear God it has and is still going on for 2 months already.

I spoke with Joyce this morning regarding various shareholdings. Joyce was extremely kind, polite and professional in helping me. She was very patient and able to sort out my issues.

I used Equiniti Shareview for the first time today to sell some shares. I tried, firstly, to use the online service and was looked after by Faiyaz who, patiently, talked me through the process. He was first class. Unfortunately, there was a systems glitch and the transaction could not be completed. Faiyaz advised me to try the telephone service.
This I did and spoke to Gunna, who was equally pleasant, patient and helpful. The sale was completed. My thanks to both of them for their efforts and help in completing my transaction.

Trying to register my Santander shares online was a nightmare. I no longer have a passport & I don't have a driving licence. Surely a freedom pass or utility bill would do but no. I was given a number to ring but it isn't free so I'm not calling it. My main concern is that I no longer receive details by post & don't have them registered online either I've listed them in my will but goodness knows what will happen.

My request required a follow up call.
Both letter and call were quickly answered.
Very helpful staff on phone calls with empathy and knowledge of how to proceed.
Finalising of me request for changes on account quick, documents safely returned. Also it was excellent to receive a confirmation email to me as well as a letter.

The lady I spoke to Fatima was absolutely brilliant in handling my query. I had so many questions and no question was a chore to her. She came back with very informative replies and has even offered to send me the information I require. True example of excellent customer services. She’s an asset to her company. Every company needs a Fatima working for them. Thank you Fatima.

Guna was a very calming influence from the outset.
