Very good customer service
I didn't catch the name of the person I spoke to over the phone but I needed a lot of help navigating the site and registering, etc and this person was incredibly patient, calm, and helpful. Probably more so than I deserved!

Great advice but did not help…
Whilst the agent was first class following the links as expected locked my account. However when l reregistered the same problem occurred even though l had noted the password and exact reply to security questions. A further.phone call is required as login is not working correctly for me

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Trying to get an explanation for an error I am receiving when trying to sell my shares online. The chat is useless and has been unable to connect me to an agent >6 times in a row. Currently hanging on the phone for over an hour. The markets will close before I get a response!

Following the death of my Brother
Following the death of my Brother, Equinity have been the most unhelpful organisation to deal with, in fact their bereavement service is absolutely disgusting.
Having to hold for hours at a time is totally unacceptable, when the staff do come on the phone, they are not helpful. I would seriously avoid any dealings with Equinity.
