Unable to register
Unable to register. Called Shareview, the wait was an hour so asked for callback. I was called back following day and clearly someone for whom English was not their first language. I was told that the ID I was using was incorrect but she would not tell me the correct ID. Had to deliberately fail on 3 attempts to lock myself out and then reregister. A total palaver.

Really helpful assistance in chat format
I had had a negative experience regarding communication in the previous 2 weeks & anxieties about dealing with my husband's account were fuelled by this. However today I was in a chat with Meena who couldn't have been more helpful & clear. I am no longer anxious as all my questions & worries have been dealt with. I still think that Equiniti as a company needs to improve its communication system, especially with regard to delays in acknowledging & dealing with correspondence and excessive waiting on phone calls but today's experience shows that it has excellent individual members of staff.

their bereavement services are completely hopeless . my solicitor gave up after 6 months saying her bill was more than the value of the shares . I have tried they asked me to pay £74 to transfer them from my deceased mother to my name which I did in July but when I rang last week they claimed not received and wanted me to give proof of payment , which of course I have got . but they dont have email and claim they never get mail even if signed for . I would not buy a bag of crisps using these people let alone crypto that they now sell as taken over by one of these companies ... no one rang me back as promised so now hanging on to their hopeless customer service again for hours .... HOPELESS HOPELESS .

Shockingly dreadful and incompetent
Shockingly dreadful and incompetent . They wrote on 14th sept to say they had sold my certificates shares as requested and that payment would be in my bank account within 3 days .
Now the 28th , no payment received .
Also , now I am told by an operative in India , after lengthy telephone on hold , that non payment is related to a previous transaction in March , for which also no payment ever received . This is incomprehensible to me , and the operative could not explain further . And no email or phone call or letter from them regarding these difficulties . Why not ? Where is the missing money ??
