Communication is all…
Had to wait for 34 mins to be connected and then the representative was unable to answer query and didn’t explain clearly why. Agreed they would ring back and did so within a few hours and did finally resolve issues but involved long waits on hold during the call with little explanation for time required to deal with issues. Main issue was poor communication during the conversation.

Mr Lysander White did an excellent job of helping me achieve my purpose. I have had great difficulty with your online share management facility. My first call looking for help took 1 hour and 21 minutes to be answered and then finally i was able to update some data which had changed from what worked for me earlier in the year. And then having finally been able to get to the home page my efforts were interdicted by Lexis Nexus! the quality of presentation and logic for and of the process was poor. It has taken me 4 days to achieve a sale. As I say, Lysander White was excellent but your customer survey questions are lamentable. After the overall experience of the last few days the answer to how likely are you to recommend Equiniti is 1 (one). The people I interacted with did their best to help but your web presence and system design and processes are poor. how does my data seemingly change from one visit to the next and why? Just to be clear Mr White salvaged my customer experience. 5 Stars for him.

Cannot get through the phone system as…
Cannot get through the phone system as doesn’t accept my UK post code. Cannot get through to an agent on the chat it says unable to connect try later .
I have not had the misfortune to deal with just incompetent company. There is no way to contact them as unable to do anything on my account it states to call but unable to get through the automated system. No wonder the feedback is closed on the website !!
There response is totally inadequate! This does not resolve the issue. I’m owed money and unable to obtain it as unable to contact them.

I am having a disastrous time trying to sell shares online
I am having a disastrous time trying to sell my shares. The online facility appears to believe I am not in the UK and, for a GBP trade, will only offer me Ireland as a "bank country". This is a solid problem that has been going on for some time. A while ago I did successfully trade on this system. Nothing has changed in my account with them. Today, after a couple of extremely long phone calls I have managed to sell over the phone.
During the time I have been trying to sell some of my shares, the paper value of my holding has lost thousands of pounds. This is completely unacceptable.
