Business as usual
My mother has just been put into a retirement home, and despite several years of being a loyal customer, it was 'business as usual' to close her account, no empathy, nothing, 30 days cancellation notice and return the router or a £69 fine. EVERY other company I have dealt with have been sympathetic and gone out of their way to make life easy, even the council!! Yes it's a business but really?

Great chat line!
Among other things I like about this company, their chat line actually works! Needed to get a question answered quickly today and it was sorted in about two minutes from start to finish. Brilliant service. My contact today was Thomas, who was ultra-efficient and and knowledgeable.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. They charged £50 for changing my mind and then tried to set up a direct debit and then I worked out it would cost me £500 to cancel something that I didn’t sign up for. Stay away from them.

fault with my landline
I contacted Supanet to report a fault with my landline - i can only do this by webchat as I live in an area with absolutely no mobile coverage.
Lara talked me through the process and although she was unable to complete the usual checks as this caused the internet to drop out and this was my only means of communicating with the company we were able to arrange an appointment for an engineer to call. She was able to accommodate this with the only days I could be available and to arrange for me to be e-mailed with any updates.
I was very pleased with the outcome altogether.

The worst provider out there money…
The worst provider out there money money money that's all there interested in !!!! There equipment not working but want to charge delivery its there bloody equipment that's not working should be preplaced at no charge to customers, plus not cheap thirty one pounds . I'm out put up with it for years !!!!
