I do not know if the internet everywhere in the park is as poor as mine, but mine continually lags, buffers, stops, and indicates no internet. I have called Tengo internet probably ten times reporting the same issue. The customer service agents are friendly enough, but the issue is never resolved. I can't watch any live TV and most movies will not play without stopping several times during the show. So overall I would rate the service as poor.

The system's sign in system failed to allow me to log on after the initial account signup on the Cherokee State park. Call support and received exceptional, persistant assistance from Vincent in Austin TX. It took 55 min to get my laptop on the network but he kept at it untill we succeeded. Vincent is to be commended.

We were having difficulty getting logged into the campground internet service. We phoned the Customer Service representative at the provided number, and he was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through all the steps to get internet access and waited patiently as I entered all the required information and ensured all was working properly before cordially bidding us goodbye. I only wish I could remember the representative’s name so he could get the proper kudos for a job very well done!

Phone tech Sandra provided excellent customer support. She listened to and asked my permission to place me on hold so she could investigate the issue. After a few minutes our TV was receiving a solid signal. Thanks, Sandra!

I called the service number and within 2 minutes, I was connected to a live team member. Arthur was very knowledgeable and patient while I found the information needed to get our service up and running. Total process took about 15 minutes and worked seamlessly. Great experience!! Thank you

I felt like the customer service representative was annoyed when I reached out for help, which made the phone call uncomfortable. It was when I asked him straight out, why he seemed annoyed to help me, his attitude noticeably changed, and he became more willing to help. While I appreciated the shift in tone, It was very disappointing that it took me addressing his attitude, for the situation to improve. Not cool. My suggestion for that specific employee would be, If you’re not happy doing what you’re doing, it’s probably time to make a change. A positive attitude goes a long way!

Great Customer Service
I have spoken to Russell a few times and he's always helpful and polite! My questions are always answered quickly and efficiently.

I talked with two customer service reps and they were both outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Talked me through the issue I was having and solved it.

Extremely difficult to connect smart tv to internet! Very disappointing! Have travelled up the east coast many times w/o any problems connecting to the internet. However, this experience was very negative!
