Prompt reply to notification of a product failing after 3 months of use. After an exchange of polite and apologetic emails I was issued a full refund. A company to be recommended.

Great value and solidly built blind.
I was notified in good time about the delivery slot. Delivery was quick and the blind was solidly designed and built. Happy that the awning came fully assembled.. The wall brackets were very substantial providing incredible support for the frame of the Blind.
Excellent value for money.

I ordered galvanised guttering from Trade Warehouse, I am an end user not a builder so I needed help with the specification. The customer service was great and the purchase was straight forward and pleasing as the customer service clearly knew the product well.
The guttering was delivered quickly, and it is of a very good quality - my builder was impressed! it looks great thank you.

Antwoord van Trade Warehouse
Dear Glenn,
Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear you were left feeling disappointed.
Having looked into your order, we can see that the item you ordered was delivered successfully. We then communicated the returns procedure by email. The item was returned to us on 17th March and a full refund was processed shortly after, on 19th March, in line with our returns policy. Refunds typically take up to five working days to appear on the original payment method, and we understand this wait can sometimes feel longer than expected. We also reached out again directly and you kindly confirmed the refund was received.
We do appreciate how important clear and timely communication is, and while we maintained contact via email throughout March, we're sorry if this didn’t quite meet your expectations. We also have phone and live chat support available during the week should you ever prefer to speak to someone more immediately.
If there’s anything more we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards,
Trade Warehouse
Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Good packaging. The chairs were not the easiest to assemble for a woman. The last nut and bolt needed a man's strength to stretch the seat to the bolt hole.

Found Trade Warehouse by asking Chat…
Found Trade Warehouse by asking Chat GPT for the cheapest UK supplier. It hadn't come up in my initial manual searches. There were some outliers, but most online offers were around the same price but Trade Warehouse was cheaper still. Their website was simple to navigate and the goods arrived as promised. Thanks
