Prompt reply to notification of a product failing after 3 months of use. After an exchange of polite and apologetic emails I was issued a full refund. A company to be recommended.

Super company to deal with
Super company to deal with. Quick, efficient and professional with good communication.
Tried a number of companies and Trade Warehouse gave the best price and sensible delivery date. Delivery driver could not have been more helpful.(does this all sound a bit too good to be true) Well these day we get used to high prices , shoddy communication and promises that are too easily broken. In my experience that was not the case with Trade Warehouse. "Well done & Thank you."

Garden Parasol
My order arrived very quickly, well packaged, and all in good order. The parasol itself is a good size and the colour is nice and exactly as expected. I was slightly disappointed with the weight of the fabric as my previous parasol was more canvas like. I have not yet had the opportunity to establish whether it provides adequate shade, but for the price paid I would say it is perfectly good value.

Hi Dee,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us this review.
We’re pleased to hear your order arrived promptly and that you’re happy with the colour and size of your new parasol. It’s great to know it met your expectations on those fronts.
We do appreciate your feedback regarding the fabric weight—it’s always helpful to hear how our products compare to previous ones you've owned. While it may differ from a more canvas-like material, we hope it will still provide reliable shade and serve you well through the sunnier days ahead.
Kind regards,

My order came ahead of estimated delivery date.
The gazebo was as described. It had a very sturdy frame and a robust, heavy duty canvas. Perfect for use as an outdoor vendor's stall.
