Trade Warehouse Reviews

A really easy site to use and the order and delivery process were simple and efficient.

Bought for my grandchildren, looks sturdy to last but my son has only just had time to erected it and is quite shocked at the poor quality of wood, very thin wood. He said there is no ground sheet included of which for the price he’d of thought would be supplied for the cost £190. He’s very disappointed for me as it doesn’t meet the quality I was expecting for my grandchildren

Purchased 8 x 10’ and 17 x 8’ corrogated roofing sheets
Order took about 3 week from order to delivery
On the day of delivery i got a txt giving an aprox time then at 9am rec a call from driver to say he would be with me in about half an our
He came bang on time n was a lovely bloke who hiabed my stuff onto my front yard wiv care top job from start to finish 👍😄

This is a really nice table, plenty of room for 4 people to eat comfortable round it. The central legs mean you can position the chairs anywhere around the table - and squeeze in a 5th chair at a push. Lightweight because it's aluminium - so also won't rust. One small issue - the fixings could rust, so I am going to spray them with oil to keep the whole thing in good order for as long as possible.

An excellent price for an excellent product. The purchase process was simple and the gazebo was delivered on time. I would certainly recommend the Trade Warehouse.

Easy to order and delivered to remote location within 4 days.

We ordered a glider seat for the garden. Our package arrived boxed and sealed (clearly manufacturer-sealed) but with two vital pieces missing - not Trade Warehouse's fault - they weren't the manufacturer. Tamara from Trade Warehouse sorted it promptly, getting the missing pieces shipped to us direct from the manufacturers. Thank you Tamara!

I purchased a couple of "Outdoor Metal Planters with Back Trellis" last April. They were exactly as described, if not better! The quality exceeded my expectations, and they looked even more impressive in real life than in the photos. I was so pleased that I ordered another one shortly after. Both times, the items arrived within two days- fast, reliable shipping. Excellent products and top-notch service. Highly recommend this seller!

Brilliant from start to finish! Speedy delivery, great communication. What more can you ask for! Highly recommended.

Good quality chairs with thick padding. Would definitely recommend this company.

The sofa once constructed was brilliant, but I have to say that the alum key that was provided was totally inadequate. Luckily I had a size bigger and once I used that things moved on at a pace. Hence the four stars ☹️

Delivered promptly very well packaged bbq andeasy to construct even had extra screw for each size.
Pleased with product and service overall.
