Prompt reply to notification of a product failing after 3 months of use. After an exchange of polite and apologetic emails I was issued a full refund. A company to be recommended.

Very pretty IVORY awning
Finally found an IVORY (not grey, black, striped) retractable awning. Turns out it is a particularly pretty colour. So pleased with it. Arrived really quickly well boxed and packed. Good instructions. Easy installation. Great price too!

Hi Dee,
Thanks so much for your review – we're pleased to hear how happy you are with the awning.
It’s great to know the ivory colour hit the mark – it can be tricky to find just the right shade, so we’re glad this one was just what you were looking for.
Sounds like the delivery and installation went smoothly too, which is always good to hear.
Thanks again for the kind words and support – enjoy your new space!
Kind regards,
Trade Warehouse
