Trade Warehouse Reviews

Ordered a new parasol cover. Great service and the new cover feels much better quality than the previous one. I am optimistic that it will last much longer.

Excellent service even down to the incredibly polite delivery staff. Easy transaction. Good communication. No issues, just as customer service should be. I cannot fault this company.

Great website, easy to look through and order from. Superfast delivery. The shed I ordered was a bit fiddly to build up in places, but with some help from my son we got it done within 4/5hrs. Looks great when finished.

Parcel was delivered quite quickly, easy to assemble, and good quality, whitstood the strong winds we had (not been through the one like xams )…. Good value for money

A fantastic awning!
I am very pleased with my awning from the Trade Warehouse. It came very well packaged, and was reasonably easy to put up, despite there being no instructions. Delivery seemed to take longer than I expected, but was pleased with the end result - it's in use at the moment!

Absolutely brilliant Customer Service.
The canopy we purchased for our garden is superb. Seems very well made & looks fab. Great value for the money. We love it !
I would very highly recommend this company.

Pergola arrived very quickly after order placed. Was relatively easy to assemble, due to the size we needed three people to erect it safely. Disappointed with the canopy, although canvas is of good quality the magnet to keep the canopy in place when drawn over is useless

Garden canopy is exactly as shown in the pictures and lived up to every expectation was delivered on time went up easily so we were very happy with the whole service

Arrived very quickly and was relatively easy to put up. It was well packed and has a good bag in which it can be stored. The frame is not as sturdy as I was hoping for, however, it is good considering the cost. I have now had it up for some week without the sides in rain, sun and wind without any major issues. I cannot comment on the sides as these have not been used yet. However, I have seen this used for car boot sales and one issue I can see is that the sides are in only two sections (not four) making it difficult to put just one side up.

Quick delivery and a quality item... good price too.

Bought 2 garden benches, great price, quality and no problems with the delivery, highly recommended

Great service was a fair price and delivery came a lot quicker than expected

I was a little wary of buying from a new-to-me website but everything went smoothly. Clear communication, quick delivery, no issues. Planter is solid and as described, cheaper than elsewhere.

Very good products. Also super fast respond and delivery. The Gazebo is very easy put it together.

We ordered a pergola from Trade Warehouse which was delivered really quickly. Prior to this I had contacted them with a couple of questions and they were very helpful, they even found an online version of the assembly instructions for me. Great product and great service.

Great service, quick delivery. Gazebo is easy to put up and easy to store.

Arrived ontime. Nice quality and comfy. But only had it a few weeks so lets hope it survives more than ne summer. If so its good value

Nice driver very helpful helped to unload and put it were we wanted it

Great service from first ordering over May Bank holiday to delivery. The sun lounger is so comfortable. I can sit on my patio unnoticed by anyone - although I'm ground floor - under my fleece blanket doing knitting or crochet projects in comfort whilst enjoying the fresh air. Thank you. This is my 2nd review.

Purchase far exceeded expectations. Looks much more expensive than it was. Strong. Sturdy. Put it together on my own. I am an old woman! Thoroughly recommend.
