Trent Valley windows replacement conservatory
We had a replacement conservatory by Trent Valley Windows last week. The process from order to completion was done smoothly and professionally. We were very pleased with the work carried out by our installers Sam and Oliver. They worked extremely hard and the finished product was of a very high standard.
We would recommend Trent Valley windows.

Ordered windows through trent valley windows. On the due date of fitting ,didn't turn up,on phoning up told it would be in 2 days time .West Yorkshire windows turned up to do the windows. Within minutes of turning was told they couldn't fit the top window as there were no lintels fitted. IT seems the person who did the survey regularly makes the mistake of not checking.
So we are still waiting to hear back to resolve the problem and have the windows fitted.
According to Gov website Trent valley windows was Desolved 19th July 2024.

Fuss free glazed wall panel replacement.
We recently had a double glazed wall panel mist slightly. This was part of the fabulous orangery knock through extension that Trent Valley built for us in 2019. One phone call, a couple of photos emailed, sorted, no fuss, no argument. The guy that came to replace the panel was cheerful and friendly, got the job done quickly with no mess. We had our house double glazed by TV many years ago and on each of the small number of occasions we have needed support they have been exactly the same, no arguments, just get it sorted. We have been very happy with Trent Valley for many years.

Trent valley windows
Trent valley windows were able to understand and quote for what I required, brick work was required so more than just replacing windows. The work started on schedule and was mostly completed within a week. There was minimal mess and all rubbish was removed. There was a problem with plasterers not turning up, and there seemed to be a breakdown in communication between the company and the plasterers. However the work was completed in due course. Payment was made in stages. Acknowledgement of payments would have been reassuring. Generally very satisfied with only some minor issues.

Wish I could share the photos of my £23.000 spend. Parts missing - Door frame manufactured faulty- inner security latches missing - window end caps not fitted - 12 phone calls - 2 emails and waiting for an urgent resolve. Promised a call back yesterday after a meeting with the supplier- never arrived. Chased today again promised a call back never happened…

Wanted a new replacement window but wouldn’t come out if under £1000. No job shouldn’t be too small. In fact next door want a new conservatory but the after I told them about my experience they are not going to bother with this company.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! This is brand new and look at it! Not tied into the house and major defects inc the drain not even connected. The company has not even finished and failed two turn up to fit a window just contestant lies. Left a customer who has cancer and a pregnant wife in an unsafe house with a boarded up window for to weeks!
Update: Not even a sorry by phone! This build is that bad and unsafe it had to be knocked down and started again! the customer team is a waste of space, instead of salting sorry it’s and I quote “ our driver could be in a accident” we’re actual you don’t have a clue and full of lies to get customers off the phone and then don’t call back!

order to replace doors and windows.
I placed an order to replace doors and windows in April 2024. The technician came and to compete the job by 7 June 2024. After removing the old windows and doors they realised one of the door measurement was incorrect. They tried to adjust the door on the site, but it still rubs the celling when open it. Secondly the glass panel for the second door was never ordered or supplied.
They put a wooden panel to cover it and promised this will be done with in a week. No one turned out complete the job.
I raised this issue with the company and now all the issue resolved. Happy with the overall work. Both the fitters Marcus and Aaron has done a good job.

Builders worked incredibly hard professionally and tidied up after themselves.
Communicated well and made everything feel safe for us as a family when they were on site 👍

Couldn’t even get a quote
Two weeks later and I’ve still not had a quote through after spending 90 minutes going through everything with their designer. Then they have the cheek to send me a marketing text (despite opting out of marketing contact) telling me ‘not to miss out’. If they can’t be bothered to send a quote through when they are wanting your custom, what’s the chances of them responding to issues after they have your money?!

we had used another company for other work and they were useless, charged a lot and poor workmanship, we looked online and found Trent Valley windows and they were polite prompt very clean workers and the customer service went far beyond what you normally get these days. the price they charged was better than what we had paid the cowboy company and the installation was expertly carried out on time we will certainly use Trent Valley windows again for additional work
