I placed an order on 02/06 for The UK…
I placed an order on 02/06 for The UK 2026 The Lord of the Rings Silver Proof coin when the price was £100.
A few days later, I noticed that the price of the same coin had increased to £140. After that, the price dropped to £125, and eventually the item was marked as out of stock.
The fact that they kept changing the price gave me the impression that they were actively managing demand and that customers who had already placed orders at the earlier price would still receive their coins.
However, the estimated delivery date for my order was changed several times. Eventually, I simply received a message saying that they were unable to fulfil my order.
The whole experience felt extremely frustrating and lacking in transparency. If they already knew they could not meet the demand, why did they continue increasing the price and accepting orders?
It left me with the impression that there may have been some kind of price or order prioritisation going on. From a customer's perspective, it certainly felt as though fulfilling orders from people who paid a higher price may have been more attractive than honouring orders that were placed earlier at a lower price.
Overall, a very disappointing and non-transparent experience.

We would never want a customer to feel that their order had been treated differently because of the price they paid.

Cancelled subscription, still taking money without consent
Like most I ordered what I thought was a one-off product. I then realised I'd been signed up for a monthly subscription so I cancelled this in August (18th) and received a confirmation email that the subscription was cancelled. I've now been charged £29 and despite emailing the company to explicitly state I didn't want the coin, they didn't respond and nearly week later it's arrived, damaged, and certainly not a coin I'd ever want.
I feel like I've been trapped and scammed which is a shame because my Mum used this company for years to collect coins and I wanted to buy some coins for my daughter. I'll never buy anything from Westminster ever again due to the fear I'm handing over more than I'd agreed to and can't cancel orders. I'd avoid because you could inadvertently end up paying a lot of money for coins that are worthless and not wanted. Really sad.

Been trying to stop 3 subscriptions they signed me up to.
Taking £28 a month out of my bank by card payment which I've struggled to stop.
And still continue to send me coins.
I've used them for many years collecting with my son. This company has now lost a valued customer and will never buy again.
Customer support do nothing and canceling your subscription on the website doesn't stop anything either.

Terrible company. Avoid them
Not even one star is good enough for this absolutely terrible company.
Partly my fault for not reading the small print but Untortunately I didn't I just went ahead and ordered it the poppy coin I thought was just a one off purchase. Then I found out through a confirmation email that I was entering into a monthly subscription which after the initial purchase you then have to pay £27.99 a month for an UNSPECIFIED period.
I still haven't received the coin, I ordered on the 16/09. I've tried to cancel the order on the website but it will not let me log into the account. When I try It says the account is deactivated, and says in which case you'll need to get in touch with us using the details on the contact page. But there is no contact details anywhere on the website! there's no way of doing anything on the website without logging into it just takes you around in circles.
I found the email address elsewhere. They are NOT replying to my emails and there is no contact telephone number.
Ive even tried to leave several negative reviews on their Facebook page but even that doesn’t work it just gets declined. The only thing I’ve been able to do is get in touch with my bank to block the payments.
A terrible, shady company all around you would do well to avoid.
