A Scam Company
A Scam Company – Very Bad Experience
I had a very bad experience with this company. I strongly advise people not to trust them.
I was charged for a subscription without knowingly agreeing to it, and my card details were saved without my permission. There are many other issues that I am extremely unhappy about.
I feel misled and disappointed by this company and its business practices. I would not recommend them to anyone. Please be careful before sharing your payment details with them.

I tried to order the Camberwick coin at…
I tried to order the Camberwick coin at request of my mother in law and a week later realised I hadn't actually placed the order is was just a bank card check.. so my wife ordered, they took the money and 3 weeks later still no coin. Upon checking her Westminster account it shows no orders made, no orders to question, not even an item in the basket waiting to 'be purchased'.. This is an issue still ongoing and I'm intrigued as to how it pans out.. you'd think if they were legitimate that they'd make purchasing a single item more accessible to the non-collectors who don't want a subscription 🤷

Secret Subscription Con
I have twice been trapped by a subscription I didn't want when I bought a single coin. They need to be much clearer about what they're selling. I genuinely think this is a deliberate con on the part of the company to trick people out of their money. I love collecting coins and pins, but I will not be buying from Westminster Collection again. A deliberately immoral company.

The service is quick and easy
The service is quick and easy, as my financial circumstances changed I've had to stop for now.

Subscription scam!
I ordered a queens coin for £2.99 and then a few weeks later was charged £28.98 for a subscription that i did not sign up for. I called customer service who told me to return the coin back to sender which I did and I am now being threatened with a £30 charge and a further £28.98 charge. They are impossible to contact and are threatening debt collection. False advertisement and a con!

I will NEVER EVER order a coin from…
I will NEVER EVER order a coin from this company. I purchased one coin in August for £ 3.99. I received it. Out of the
blue £ 33.98 was stolen from my credit card without any email asking if I wanted the next coin in their series. It’s almost impossible to get hold of them. However I found a phone number which works.
It is 0333 0032 777. Now I have to wait for this coin to arrive and then send it back to get a refund. It’s a disgrace.

Scammers
As many have said, I ordered one coin as a present for my Grandfather (not reading the small print) I have now received another coin at which I have been charged £33.98 including delivery.
Westminster know exactly what they are doing because of the fact you cannot sign into your account to return or speak to someone to resolve the situation. When you request a reset password email, nothing follows. This isn’t a coincidence as it has happened to others. I am not happy with the service and find it disgusting that the company operates like this!!! If they do not contact me back then I shall just take it up with my bank. I certainly will not be ordering from them again and will make sure to warn others!

Experience with Westminster staff
The downside was it wasn't particularly clear that it was a subscription automatically, however the staff were very good and efficient at cancelling it straight away on request, I imagine they have to do it alot lol.

Superb Customer Service …
I called as had not received my delivery! The gentleman who answered was superb very apologetic and genuinely concerned for me! Very unusual nowadays. He said he would resend as a priority and I should receive by the end of the week! If I did by any chance receive the item it would be mine free of charge! I received the item this morning it is excellent Thank you for such great service.

customer service second to none !
I had returned 2 coins that I didnt want , they were sent as part of a freebie coin .I,m a 77yr old pensioner didnt realise that I had to return via the form and got the return address from the origional order and sent them off good job I kept the return proof of postage as of yesterday they hadnt received the items back .but was given a refund which as a pensioner was truly appreciated xx Thankyou so much x

My advice is avoid this company.
Really not happy with The westminster collection. Ive had many coins delivered from you which i was happy with, but all of a sudden you sent me a coin without charging me for it. Ive been away on holiday and come back to find debt letters for a 50 pence coin I didnt order. Also who sends items to customers without payment ? Its seems awfully weird. Anyway you no longer have a customer and now you also have a 1 star review to go with and it and judging by other reviews this wont be the last. Dont bother with a reply. Your fired. 👉
