Problem Resolved

I had a problem with the 600 bag of tea bags.

I contacted customer service and the lovely Bronte provided an explanation and offered a replacement. No arguing or negotiation, provided a solution.

Great service. Thank you

Teabag issue

Emailed my upset regarding my teabags and response back cleared up the matter straight away. Very please with the polite and kind response.

I am considering changing brands after…

I am considering changing brands after years of using Yorkshire tea . I no longer think it is as good as it used to be, not strong enough, and the taste is not the same.

Yorkshire Tea now tastes horrid

Came onto the Internet to see if anyone else is finding Yorkshire Tea now tastes bad. See that looks of people do! I'm disappointed as I pay around £6/7 for the big box and now feeling like it's no longer worth it. We tried a box of Miles tea last week and they were delicious!

We had a fault with some tea bags and advised the company of the problem. There was an immediate reply and the goods are being replaced. Top class service!!

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I reached out, a bit tongue in cheek, with a query about their tea bags - got an immediate and very informative and friendly reply. Couldn't ask for more - their tea is great too, been drinking it for years !

Dodgy Perforations

We had difficulty separating the teabags from paired, as supplied, to singles, for use, causing the bags to burst in the cup.
Customer Csre acted immediately and replaced the dodgy box with TWO new boxes. Happy Days!

Poorly pot of tea...

In early Dec '25 I got flu and still have remnants now and one thing that was keeping me going was a jolly good strong mug of tea, my fave being Yorkshire Tea and I have used it for so many years the brand is almost as old as I am! I noticed the tea was weak, colourless and flavourless. I put it down to being I'll and even did a covid test as that can affect what you taste. Negative test! Even now I look at it, know it's a mug of tea, but nothing. Still no colour or flavour. I've even been using two teabags to make one cup and started buying small boxes of alternative bags so that I can change brand. Sorry Yorkshire but I think I'm jumping ship. Please don't bother with the cut and paste response, please put them back to what they were. The product has changed drastically but the price hasn't!

I had a slight issue with a box of tea

I had a slight issue with a box of tea. First issue in many many years of drinking Yorkshire tea. It was resolved and rectified within an hour or two. Rapid, respectful response from the team.

Tea bags issue

I contacted Yorkshire tea to advise them of an issue with how the tea bags had split open.
Within 48rs they replied.
Very impressed with their care for their customer.
Update.
Never expected a large box of tea bags. Thank You

No flavour. Terrible tea. Used to be good

Recent boxes of yorkshire teabags have no flavour at all. We have been buying the brand for years but the last two boxes have been terrible. We thought at first it was a glitch but it seems not. We are about 40 bags into a 240 but it's only because we are yorkshire that we haven't thrown the box out. Aldi for us from now on.

Had an issue with some of the Yorkshire Tea teabags in the pack I bought. Customer services at Taylors of Harrogate was fantastic.
In particular, Bronte was so prompt, polite and responsive to my email.

Had an issue with some teabags that had tea in the seam (making the bags prone to split when brewing) Yorkshire Tea immediately sent me replacement. Quick to action and very responsive.

Yorkshire Tea Bags.. What has happened?…

I have no idea what has happened to 'Yorkshire Tea Bags' but over the last couple of months, the tea has tasted quite bland, seemingly weak and it doesn't help by brewing for an extended time either... Something has obviously changed as is evident by looking at all the 'low scoring' reviews and comments... surely can't all be a coincidence.. can it?.
Someone somewhere within the company knows what's going on and they're no doubt not informing the customer service side of the changes.. hence the standard response.. (pre-empting response - Please see below). Lets hope they change it back before we all desert what was a 'proper brew'.
