Chris was really helpful and listened carefully when I was trying to explain to him what I was struggling with on the website log in.
He helped me on the phone and then also sent a follow-up email which was really useful.
He was able to resolve the problem with me in a timely manner.

The staff there called Alex is full of passion in tackling the problems and needs of the customer! Very good!

I can’t fault Martin and Martin that work in the concierge office in Lowry Wharf! I lived in my apartment there for 10 years and during that time, I relied on them both a lot.
They always went above and beyond to ensure that all residents were taken care of and felt safe and happy, I can’t thank them enough!

I have been liaising with both Emma Nicholson & Mathew Petit for a several months now in relation to a number of individual queries. Each time, my query has been responded to within 24 hours (often including weekends) and the query actioned or expedited to the relevant department. Incredible service and couldn't recommend them both highly enough. Tom

This place is awful. Nothing in my building ever works and some things have been broken for years. Most of my buildings windows have never been washed including mine and if you criticise the staff working for them or question why things are bad they just remove you from their app.

There's huge security issues including someone's car recently being stolen from inside a carpark under the building that is supposedly under surveillance, apparently not.

Poorly run, always an excuse for things not being done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst Building management - STEER CLEAR!! I've been in 2 buildings of theirs so far and they never care about the safety of people. Leave main doors and entrances broken for months, after complaints in SGI about MANY MANY stolen parcels from all blocks, there are still no proper cameras placed or any action taken. Soon something bad will happen to someone due to the complete and utter lack of security and care.
