Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. This retailer sent me completely the wrong beads, not at all what I ordered. I was told they do not provide free returns labels and they would not reimburse me for the postage paid to return the items. Absolutely avoid, very very poor service very untrustworthy con artists, please ensure you avoid them.

Fabulous Customer Service
I had my watch glass replaced in Ringwood when I cracked it recently. The repair looked great but after a few days a stress crack appeared (just one of those things, not their fault). I rang them up yesterday and then took it back in as requested. They no only replaced it again free of charge but the helpful assistant dropped it back to me at home. Fabulous customer service!

I recently had a ring resized and it was delivered back to me in the evening on a staff members way home.It’s thoughtful touches like that the you do not get shopping online.Support your local shops!

I recently purchased jewellery…
I recently purchased jewellery including earrings from the Salisbury store.
The sales assistant clearly stated that I could exchange them if they were not suitable as a Christmas present.
When I tried to exchange them they refused stating that it was company policy not to exchange earrings.
I pointed out that this was not explained to me at the point of sale. The assistant smugly referred me to the terms on the receipt. My dissatisfaction lies with the staff who lied about the exchange.
Very shabby service.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to be assured you could exchange the earrings, only to later find this was not the case. While our company policy regarding the exchange of earrings is in place for hygiene reasons, this should have been clearly communicated at the time of purchase. It is disappointing to learn that this did not happen, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We had our wedding rings from Allum & Sidaway and from start to finish the whole team were amazing. Also had a large range of gifts for my bridesmaids. Would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Outstanding Service
I was looking for a Ball watch and saw the model I wanted on the company's web site. I bought it at a great price and the service and after service I can only describe as outstanding. I sent the watch back to have the bracelet adjusted. They got it on a Saturday morning, adjusted the bracelet and had it back in the post at 11.30 am, the same day! If I lived nearer to them (I am in Scotland) I would go into one of their shops to thank them personally. Definitely recommended.
