I ordered something in September, still haven’t received anything. I emailed multiple times but they don’t reply. Don’t order here!

I’d give zero stars - the quality of the suit is horrendous, looks nothing like the picture. £50 to return an £80 item. Reporting the company to stranding standards. These guys are con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered a mane's size 2xl rain coat, three weeks later a coat come size large 40 inch chest, it's way to small
for me, and it was parcel up like a Rugby ball.
Keep away from this company, a return address I have
found is for a ware house in Hong Kong.
I hope there is a UK return address for this company.

It would appear that this scam website has now been taken down. Thankfully!
It was a fraudulent misrepresentation, to pretend that is was a high-end London Fashion house, pretending to be closing down.
In fact the fraudsters take payment in the Netherlands, and cheap goods ( if any come at all) come from China.
I complained to my credit card company and received a refund.
The shop on the website never existed, nor did the people in the photograph. The address in Manchester on the confirmation email you receive, doesn't exist either.
Some of the goods displayed, demonstrated photos that I thought I had seen on the TEMU website, which is a legitimate company, and you know what you are ordering from China and what you are ordering from local providers.
I sent an email to TEMU re potential breach of its copyright. It confirmed that it had no association with Carter London and that its fraud department were on it. They also sent me a £20 (no minimum spend) voucher, which I used to buy a beautiful, soft bed fleece.
If anybody is out of pocket as a result of this scam, please contact your credit card company/ bank to try to obtain a refund.

Please don't buy from this site. You are led to believe that you are dealing with a British company but the products are shipped from China. My clothes arrived but were of poor quality and too small. I made the mistake of sending them back to China at considerable expense for a refund and after 4 months they have been returned to me with no refund and Carter London are blocking my emails. Just have to put it down to a lesson learnt!

Complete scam bought from them 3 weeks ago apparently my parcel came today but turns out it was js a thank you letter

Please, please DO NOT USE this site!! You are led to believe that you are dealing with a British company but the product is shipped from China. I was dissatisfied with my dress costing £49 and it has been impossible to arrange a return of the item for a full refund.

Terrible experience. I’ve never received the order placed 3 weeks ago.
I placed the order on their website and now when trying opening the company page, there is no information available.
Definitely a scam, do not waste your money.

Contrary to a previous very poor review, I am really happy with the experience I have just had with this company.
I ordered a pair of summer shoes from them on the 28th June having seen that same advert on Pinterest and I remember it said they said they were packing up their business. The shoes were 50% off.
I had 6 emails from them ( following their initial email of acknowledgment of the order) and was kept up to date with the progress of the order which I was impressed with. I knew they were coming from China as I’d tracked it initially.
I have today received the shoes, which I didn’t think was a big delay and they are beautiful. So well made and the colours are just as advertised and I honestly have never had shoes this comfortable, ever. I am so glad I bought them!
I don’t work for the company. I just had to give another side to Carter London because I am one happy customer!

Complete RIP OFF!
Ordered a jacket from what seemed to be a reputable website. Three weeks later jacket arrived from China. Worst quality I have ever experienced. The collar is plastic, no idea what the cheap material is.
Was offered 5% refund or 20% off my next order. This company is a joke !
Stay well clear of this scam!

As others have said this is a complete scam, I can't believe I fell for it. Order hadn't arrived and now website and all links on order emails are 404s so don't exist any more. I have wasted £90 that I don't imagine I will get back. No goods, no chance of a refund. Avoid at all costs. I will report to trading standards and make sure my card is blocked as don't trust they wouldn't try to rip me off again.

I'm writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with Carter London's online service. Despite their promises, they failed to deliver on their commitments. I wanted to return or exchange an item of clothing that was too small. My only option was to send it to a strange address in China at my own expense.

The item was delivered, but I have yet to receive my refund. Their lack of communication and unprofessionalism were evident throughout the process. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this company; it’s worth warning your friends and family.

If only I'd read the reviews beforehand…!!! Do your research, read reviews, and understand their terms and conditions before committing.

Absolute SCAM. Do not buy anything from them! I stupidly fell for it while came across their “closing down” sale on Pinterest. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and 2 dresses. Noticed only after payment the shipping is from Asia. Tried to cancel the order but apparently that wasn’t possible and I had to wait until goods arrived to arrange return. Parcel came yesterday after 3 weeks. NO SHOES, only 2 dresses of terrible quality - cheap polyester rubbish. My email asking about shoes bounced back. These people have no shame at all!

I've just received my return dress back from CarterLondon. It says the address is incomplete, that was the address they gave me. Who,where do I go now for my money back and to report this company.
Absolutely shocking that a company can function like this, taking hard earned cash from unsuspecting consumers.
I'm raging and am going to take this up with my local M.S.P

I totally agree with comments above, my experience is the goods have not arrived and I have received a report purporting to be from Amazon shipping that they tried to deliver the goods and have been returned to YunExpress who seem uncontactable. I have advised Amazon shipping and my bank and now am in the process of contacting Pinterest to advise them.

Outrageous. I bought an item from this company via Instagram. What turned up was a very poor copy. At the point of purchase the company offered refunds. Lie. I had to send the package to China - although they are called Carter London. It cost me £12.15 to send the package. I emailed so many times asking for my refund and they said that the package was still in transit. Lie. The package came back to me yesterday - the reason being that it was unclaimed. Unclaimed by them. Do not go anywhere near this company. They lie and their products are terrible. Scammers.

Scam! Items posted from China, it takes ages for them to arrive and then posted via Chinese carrier. If you want to return them, yes I have to send them back at your own cost to their warehouse in Central Asia! Falsely claiming they're closing down their family run business in the UK. Disgusting. Will be reporting!

Scam site as others have said, great web, beautiful looking products but what turns up is a very poor imitation product, cheap and nasty. Said they would replace with the correct product but now gone quiet, no response.

Based in China after telling a story of British quality and style - just Chinese junk products in there place and a lying customer service, no conscience or morals
