This was the first time I used this company. I will never do it again. And I spend hundreds of dollars on the item and it gets to my home corrobed very poor quality so then they schedule FedEx to pick up their merchandise. The driver comes with no label. As I told him I couldn't print a label. On the seventh I arranged it for Monday to. Day, needless to say they couldn't pick up the item. And then they can't contact FedEx for me to pick up the item and to bring a label. When they are the client of FedEx, this is sickening. What this world has come to just talking in circles. When the common sense is you hired FedEx to deliver the merchandise, you hired them to pick it up. But you can't send them back here to do it. The right way today. I have to wait another day and reschedule my day terrible company.

I ordered 2 rugs. One is stuck in Brooklyn for 5 days and the other is supposedly at my Post Office. They say they can't deliver because of a PO box on the address. I don't have a PO box!!! These people are incompetent. I am now told I have to wait 10 days and then they will credit me my $130 back. I am furious!!

I had a time consuming horrible time to get a return on a dust ruffle. I purchased the wood flag, and it is as I wanted. this dust ruffle did not match the color I needed. I couldn't get the online return request, so I called. The lady was nice, and explained I would have to pay to return. I was very disappointed, and this will be my last order with them. They did not explain this when I ordered.

Does ctry door send return labels ???? I've been waiting for 3 weeks for this so called return label,talked to 3 different customer agents and the return labels have never arrived! is this a scammer web site?

I tried placing a gift order online for my Aunt and payed with my debt card. My order was then automatically cancelled. When I called customer service for assistance I was told I would have to place an order by mail and send a certified check? Their system was kicking my order back they didn't know why or how to fix it! WTH. Not even their finance supervisor could tell me why it happened all they said was it's a clutch in the system and we don't know how to fix it.

Do not order from country door. I ordered some curtains and they were Not the size as stated, therefore, I needed to return them. The problem is they do not send you a shipping label to return the product And as a result of no shipping label, the cost to return them is half the amount of what you paid for the product. When ordering anything from country door, they do not state on the order form that if you have to return it, the costs on you.
When I called to speak to country door, they said that’s my problem and not theirs.

stop ripping off people on returns and shipping charges

I’m only giving this one star, because you can’t leave a review without it. I ordered a quilt and shams for my mother’s birthday, to be shipped to her at my sister’s home in Florida where she was visiting. I guess she did not care to send them home to herself in RI, so my sister contacted them for return instructions. They send her a “ Courtesy “ return label. Then I get a bill from them for $24.95 for shipping. I already paid them $25.00 to ship it to her. So I contacted them about why I was paying twice for shipping, I received a less than polite response, to the effect of “If you didn’t like it, it didn’t fit, it was the wrong size, we will refund you the merchandise amount. Shipping is on you.” So in essence I paid half of the cost of the merchandise in shipping charges. I will never use this company again. They have very pretty things, but their methods, and customer service, are less than attractive.

I ordered a beautiful bedspread and shams (Delilah collection). I am so pleased with my purchaseI am going to get the matching shower curtain and wall prints. Very satisfied customer.

Do not order from here! The more you order, the higher the shipping cost “ instead of free shipping for a certain amount “ if you want to return, they keep your original shipping cost plus expect you to pay return shipping as well ! They do not send shipping labels! UPS will charge too much for my two boxes and I’ll basically lose half my money for nothing, now have no choice but to keep the items . I will never shop there again!

When taking it out of box noticed a Chemical smell
After 2 hours of assembly smell got worse
A few hours later it had to go outside it was soon bad

I ordered some furniture you put together. One does not align right, another piece collapsed. I got two other pieces I wasn’t going to bother opening. I was just gonna send them back. But after reading these reviews, and how they do people who do return items, and all the shipping I will get stuck paying, the hell with it. I’m not sending **** back. They can put it on my credit all they want.

Had success in the past but ordered a personalized farmhouse tote bag on Dec. 9. Even though the email advertisement said "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" after ordering it said shipping Dec. 26th. Still thought that was okay as my friend would get her gift by New Year's. Just checked my order and the new shipping date is JANUARY17!. Not acceptable. Customer service in God knows what foreign country, was unsympathetic even though he said,"I understand" ten times. "I will credit your account" over and over so it is obvious they do not care about fulfilling their orders, no regard for their customers or customer service. I AM DONE!

Very predatory sneaky company, customer service blames you for thier deceptive practices. I got a preapproval catalog for $400. To apply for a credit account you have to order something first so I ordered something and they approved me right away. Sent it very fast and then they inform you of your credit line so they approve my order for $468 but only gave me a credit limit of 100 and then reported it to the credit bureaus which then destroyed my credit. My credit dropped 150 points. I tried to call them and ask them if they could report the correct information to the credit card they refuse they gaslighted me. They blame me for every little thing and they refuse to help. They just said pay your bill that’s it. The customer service agent sit there in silence and don’t offer any help whatsoever and try their hardest to blame it on the customer and not their deceptive business practices. do not apply for anything with these companies, including Montgomery Wood, Ginny seventh Avenue all those companies are the same thing.

This company is GARBAGE!!! I have tried to purchase the Amelia Oversized bedspread TWICE with both orders being cancelled. Granted the first time I used a card that didn't have enough funds so I reordered with the correct card and that order was cancelled....new card wasn't processed at all. When I called I couldn't understand the CSR except the part where she wanted my credit card number again. I will never order from this company EVER. Lastly, I couldn't order the shams...out of stock. So I ordered the rest of the bedding (sheets, skirting and shams) from another company and had to return those items. Costly mistake on my part thinking COUNTRY DOOR was a reputable company. Reading the reviews...this company should be shut down so more people don't get SCAMMED. The only thing I have received from this company is discount coupons and a request to setup a credit account...no way do I trust this company with any type of business with them.

Scammers say they will approve you then want a check or money order for a quarter of the total amount you ordered and just send you the items within the amount you sent and say the rest of the items are out of stock which I can still see they are available on the page then keep the rest of the amount left over

Won't go into the base and poorly painted not worth what I payed for it.

Very poor customer service. It has always been my experience that when you purchase something from a reputable company, should that item go on sale, (within the next 30 days) they will issue you a credit for the difference. My sister was a relatively new customer to Country Door (within the last 5 years) and she has always been a good customer up until this point. The items that she has purchased in the past have not been inexpensive, and Country Door never offers free shipping, EVER!!!! She would pay $30 dollars, and sometimes even $40 dollars for shipping. That's just ludicrous, especially in today's day and age where you have Amazon Prime and you can get free shipping, and there are so many free shipping offers out there, where if you spend X amount of dollars, you get free shipping - - NOT AT COUNTRY DOOR!! They wouldn't care how much money you spent, bottom line is, you will NEVER GET FREE SHIPPING!! So my sister called Country Door today to see about getting a credit issued, because the item that she had purchased had gone on sale, and it had not been 30 days. She was told they don't do that. There's nothing more irritating than a customer buying something, paying full price for it, and then a couple of weeks later you see that it's on sale. That's just poor business practice to not offer your customers the sale price, especially when they've paid full price for it. I'm not sure whether or not she will continue doing business with Country Door, but that being said, she will not purchase ANYTHING from them, EVER AGAIN AT FULL PRICE!!! If the item that she's interested in purchasing is not on sale, she's not buying it.

Customer Beware! Before you buy anything from these people realize that the shipping price is astronomical. I was sucked into buying a bedspread and paid $32.00 for shipping. When it came, it didn't have shams. You had to get those separately at the tune of $50.00 plus shipping. Reluctantly, I placed the order but of coarse, they were out of stock! Now I have to pack it up, go to the post office, and pay to send it back. Working from home girl Tyra, couldn't have cared less.
