Was stocked with all uniform and size, very helpful and stress free shopping, definitely recommended.

Very poor organisation, ordered travel cots nearly two weeks ago, website said in stock. Confirmation email stating awaiting shipment, but never came. I emailed a week later asking about my order but no reply to my email. Another week has passed and still nothing.

Don't be tempted by their pricing you are going to be be disappointed!!

Ordered over a week ago the website said ‘in stock next day delivery and I still haven’t received my item or a tracking number, have tried to contact them and to no avail be able to. absolutely AVIOD ordering from the website.

The most awful shopping experience that I ever had. I ordered an electronic swing for my baby girl on 4th of August and haven’t received it yet. I sent a message on 16 of August and asked about the delivery time and they told me that it will be delivered in a few days. I did not received my item yet and it’s status is awaiting shipment. It’s the most awful website that I ever used. I don’t recommend it at all. It’s customer service is disgusting.

Placed an order on 2nd Aug payment made. Status was at Awaiting Shipment. No item as of 17th Aug so I messaged them and they said delivery would be made that same week. Messaged on 20th as still no delivery to be told item not available now until mid Sept. This was to be a gift for my newborn niece, I was so disappointed as I’d been waiting so long. Very unprofessional poor customer service. Avoid!!!

Ordered a baby chair from them which promised 7 day delivery. Chair never arrived and only found out it wasn't coming when discovered the they had put in a stealth refund into our account without any notice. Totally unprofessional

I ordered a pushchair from Diffusionkids. Delivery said available next day but the delivery policy said it could take up to 7 days so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but by day 10 I still had no word from them and my status had not updated from 'awaiting shipment' After contacting the company and them reassuring me I would have it in a 'few days' 5 days later there was still no change. In the end I had to cancel my order and pay more money to get it delivered from Argos. I'm usually one to take bad reviews with a pinch of salt but I shall never be using this company again!!! One thing I will say is though after waiting a couple of days for a response from them they were very polite and apologetic but unfortunately that doesn't make up for their poor service

I ordered booster seat on 30 June and I still waiting for my delivery I already paid no response for my massage where is my order and when I can aspect delivery 😡

Disgusting customer service! Don’t state you close at 6pm and proceed to literally kick customers out at 5.45pm. Really rude and arrogant attitudes, we were clearly looking to buy a fair few dresses but after the attitude we got from the staff will never visit the store again. Work on your service, absolutely shocking! If you need to close up early state it with a sign on the store or POLITELY tell customers that your closing up early. Zero stars would be more accurate! Would never slate small businesses but bad service is unexcusable.

Placed an order on 27th June for a rain cover and today is 16th July still no rain cover no tracking number ether won't be ordering from this site again

Still have not received my buggy ,ordered over two weeks ago. Really hope it arrived before our holiday next week.

Still havent received my item yet after 2 weeks its still has not been shipped when it said in stock and next day delivery, have emailed 3 times try calling cant get through have messaged them o Instagram! If not here in a few days will be requesting a full refund

Ordered new buggy which was priced cheapest. Came faster than expected and was informed at point of despatch and day of delivery. Perfect experience thank you
