We absolutely appreciate the call from, I think it was Gia and from Shai. We understand the hardwork they put in and the priority of providing their customers with a caring service and a positive experience which is very important. They have shown us that what happened is not how they welcome their customers. We happily accepted their apology and are grateful for their kindness and generousity in rectifying the siuation. Unreliable and spam
Geez, I made an appointment online. They called that day to confirm, that's fine. Then two days later a message to confirm, which I did. Then another message to confirm..and I did, then I get a call to say the time I booked for is no longer available, after I confirmed it 4 times? I said just cancel it, and the message I get it "we understand sometimes plans change".. no, YOU couldn't keep the appointment, not me. They called me a million times while I couldn't answer too. They chased me away before I even walked in the door.

I’ve booked for their advertised…
I’ve booked for their advertised discounted facelift. All they did was sales pitch their product that cost not less than $400/product. I did not even receive the treatment I initially booked. Waste of time and money. They are VERY MUCH friendly so to build trust and make you feel welcome.

I wanted to update my original review after my recent experience. The customer service I received from Tony, the Regional Manager, was outstanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns, followed up promptly, and genuinely cared about making things right. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction completely changed my impression.
I’d also like to thank Anna, who performed my treatment. She was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

As an Asian lady that used to get treatment in Korea I didn’t know what to expect but I felt very spoiled and very welcome from the first moment I walked in and it made me feel very safe and happy.
I got champagne and water and felt really spoiled it was lovely
Regarding the treatment itself, my skin is feels more firm, glowing and hydrated. I like the hot mask and eye machine. I chose to take it home.
Overall I’m happy and surprised. Thank you for the warm welcome and the treatment Sandra.
