Not worth it
I recently tried the LED Face Treatment with the Healing Mask Booster and Jawline Lift Booster. The ad says the first treatment takes around 45 minutes, but even with the two add-ons, the actual treatment lasted less than 30 minutes. The rest of the appointment was spent on consultation, paperwork, and signing up.
The treatment involved applying skincare products, using a facial sculpting tool, and a few minutes of LED light therapy. As this was my first professional facial treatment, I expected a bit more, especially for over 230 $
After the treatment, they recommended buying one of their three skincare products, which cost over 1200$
While I understand quality skincare comes at a cost, I wasn't comfortable spending that much without knowing if the products would work for my skin.
The staff were friendly, and this may be how these treatments are typically done, but I didn't feel the experience justified the price. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're also prepared to invest in the recommended skincare products.

The discounted facial is a scam
The discounted facial is just to get you in so you can then be pressured into buying the very expensive creams. You get a face analysis and then told you really need to products which cost aprox $500-$600 each. She applies a cream which goes a little jelly like and tells you thats your skin shedding ( my skin could never shed like that!) Its an uncomfortable experience because you are made to feel guilty and you really have to fight off the sales pitch.

I booked the advertised $99 "non-surgical facelift" expecting a premium treatment experience, it felt more like a skincare consultation and product demonstration, with recommendations for products costing significantly more than the initial appointment.
My issue is not with the products themselves, but with the expectations created by the advertising. I believe customers should have a clearer understanding of what the appointment involves and the potential costs that may be discussed. After raising my concerns, Gia from the customer care team who contacted me personally, listened to my feedback, who not only offered apology but also tried to understand my concerns, I genuinely appreciate her professionalism and efforts to resolve the situation.
While I appreciate the company's efforts to address my concerns, I still believe there is room for greater transparency in how this service is marketed.

From the moment i arrived, staff were so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Paige was so friendly, informative and professional, again engaging with me and making me feel at ease . I was welcomed into the spa and offered water and sparkling wine while I filled out the information form providing my concerns. I was introduced to my therapist who ensured I was and comfortable and then conducted her assessment of my skin . Page explained her findings and what she would recommend. Page performed the treatment explaining what it would do for my skin and how it should feel . Page provided all relevant information and had good knowledge of the products inviting me to ask questions. Page provided instructions on how to use the products at home .
