Beautiful flooring quick efficient delivery + driver exceptional A*

Absolutely amazing.
Price is always a consideration when making a large purchase and at the time these guys were cheapest by quite a margin.
I was skeptical as there were not so many reviews although they were positive.
I took the plunge and bought the Karndean flooring and then hoped for the best.
I needn't of worried they were superb, I was kept well informed via email, a courier contacted me within 48hrs and my flooring was delivered to Cornwall very well packaged and in perfect condition.
I will definitely return to Frankly Flooring in the future.

Ordered Karndean and it’s fair to say that the prices out there are hugely variable and I was a little concerned about using on online only retailer. Did all of the checks I could and decided to place the order and from there have never looked back. Greats comms from Tyler acknowledging the order right through to delivery. Through no fault of Frankly Flooring a little bit of damage to one of the adhesives from the haulier ….. no problem for Tyler, responded immediately and we resolved. 1st experience and would highly recommend.

From me ordering the wrong product code online through to the correct product then not being in stock for 5 weeks from the producer , Tyler replied promptly and efficiently to my queries by email and phone . Great customer service and competitive prices of goods .

I placed my order on a Friday for a number of boxes of Karndean flooring. The order went through and was confirmed by email. The following Wednesday, we were wondering when the product would be dispatched because we were hoping to receive it soon to begin work. I phoned the company and was told that the product was currently out of stock, and would need to be ordered from Karndean, meaning a total wait of 3 weeks for the delivery. While I understand that products go out of stock and need to be re-ordered, I would have liked to have been notified of this at point of purchase to manage expectations. If I hadn't phoned, I'm not sure when I would have been notified of the delay. Frankly Flooring had the best price, so we have kept our order with them, but in the meantime we have bought 2 boxes we need more urgently from another company.

Ordered Tuesday evening flooring delivered Thursday can’t ask for better, very friendly service too. Highly recommended.
