I've worked with Candice and Owen from the NPW branch to list and let my flat, and I must say I've been very impressed so far.
Throughout the process, their communications and strategic insight were genuinely top notch. It's obvious they know what they're doing and they keep each other, and us, in the loop, without spamming us with meaningless requests.
I've worked with 2 other agencies in the past, and their level of service was often sub par, and far below the one I've received here. I'm hoping that Johns&Co proves to be as good at managing the property as they were at helping me let it. Fingers crossed :).

I have used Johns&Co for a few years now and have found them to be extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

I entrusted the rental management of my property to JOHNS&CO, and their service was satisfactory. They offer professional management services and are always quick to respond. Brice, the property manager from JOHNS&CO, is responsible for the post-rental management of my apartment, frequently assists with tenant coordination, and handles routine property management tasks, such as breaking down the bill and reminding tenants to pay it. I am very grateful for this help. Overall, I consider the management services provided are professional and trustworthy.

Although the rental process is alien to me and I was doing it overseas. The guys in Johns & co made it super easy and they were very professional, helpful and patient. I even felt comfortable to send my son alone knowing that they will help him settle down easily and they did it very professionally.

Although the management fee is not cheap, it’s worth worthy, you can trust them.

I can’t recommend Kristen Wu at JOHNS&CO highly enough.

I had been searching for an apartment in London for nearly 2–3 months, dealing with multiple agencies and agents, and my experience with Kristen was on a completely different level.

I had originally found an apartment elsewhere, but the deal fell through at the very last minute. I already had a plane ticket booked to London and suddenly found myself with nowhere to stay. As soon as I explained the situation to Kristen, she immediately got on it. She sent me a huge number of suitable options, was incredibly proactive, and ultimately managed to secure an apartment for me in the exact building I had been hoping to live in.

Throughout the entire process, Kristen was extremely responsive, professional, and reliable. She would always get back to my messages and calls quickly, kept me updated, and genuinely made me feel like finding the right apartment for me was a priority.

After months of dealing with different agents and agencies, nobody came close to the level of professionalism, efficiency, and care that Kristen showed. What had become an incredibly stressful situation was resolved remarkably quickly thanks to her.

I’m extremely grateful for everything Kristen did and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a property in London. An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish.
