I have been using Johns&CO for 5 years now. This year when it came to new lettings, Candice and Federico have been very responsive, proactively follow up so everything went quite smoothly.

I expect that the Johns & Co maintenance team could be more proactive in informing the follow up result to the tennent/owner who raised the queries.

Really positive experience with Brice. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and took the time to listen to our concerns and help us find a solution that worked for everyone. She kept us updated along the way and was always friendly, responsive and professional. We really appreciated her patience and all the effort she put into helping us get everything sorted. Param Virdee is an excellent staffs in John&Co. Param works very efficiently and effectively to solve the problems that relieves our burden and worry very much as we are the overseas landlord. Param also has very good communication skills and acts as a comfortable connection between us and the tenants.
