I have been dealing with Madilynne over the course of an application for a property and she has blown me away with both her professionalism and positive attitude. She has been an absolute ray of sunshine and is a real credit to the company. I spent a good decade of my life working in property prior to having children and I know how rare it is to find such a bubbly, personable member of staff with such a can-do attitude!

Great service
We had an excellent experience with John Shepherd Estate Agents, and in particular Mandi, who handled the letting of our property.
Mandi was professional, helpful and extremely efficient throughout the whole process. She kept us informed at every stage, was always quick to respond to any questions, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel very straightforward.
Her attention to detail and friendly approach were greatly appreciated, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about providing a great service.

Great Letting Agents
The team at John Shepherd, and especially Jodie Pichur have been great at handling my move as a tenant in one of their properties. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly, and I even had very quick help delivered when I locked myself out of my own flat in my bare feet. Thanks!

Do not use this company!!
Do not use this company. We inherited them because they bought out our previous agents.
They have paid money from our account for work that was unauthorised by us.
We are fighting to get the money back, without success. This has been going on for several months now.
Their accounting system is difficult to understand, as a landlord.
We are now in contact with the Property Ombudsman to try to resolve it.
After being assured by the Lettings Manager (Callum Rowland) that the money would be reimbursed in the next few days (on the 17th September).
It's now been 10 days, and we've still not received it.
Another poor performance from a company that doesn't care!

I’ve been a tenant with John Shepherd’s since 2013, and throughout my time with them I’ve been impressed with the consistent quality and professionalism of the Lettings’ Team.
I was particularly impressed with the initial ‘vetting’ process prospective renters were subject to. It was good to see that potentially problem tenants were filtered out, which for long term renters like me, was reassuring that good tenants were just as important as the rental income to the company.
On a different note, I must say that on the rare occasion of needing to contact the lettings office Jodie P and her team, are always helpful and friendly and, more importantly, quick with a response and resolution to whatever the issues may be.

This is specifically for Gita . She is my property manager for more than 2 years now and i feel she is more family to us than a typical property manager . She is very humble and very supportive when it comes to issues . She understands the issue and come up with a solution which never disappointed me .
She is an amazing manager for us she is the reason i cancelled my plan twice to move the property .
Whenever i reached out to her she always helped me sometimes going out of the box and not just doing her work hours , whatever time or day it is if there is something serious she always respond quite quickly which really impressed me and shows her true dedication and willingness.
