Prompt support, explained everything in detail
As a first time buyer, the process seemed very tedious and overwhelming. However the agents (Madilynne and Natasha) made it easier by responding to the emails promptly and explaining the next steps at every step. They have been super helpful with something that is very exciting but also very anxiety-provoking!

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Adam, Mia, Kevin, Abbie and Tenille at John Shepherd Estate Agents, and they have been outstanding throughout.

Incredible Service
Mia from the Cannock office has been incredible in managing our tenancy. Her prompt communication & hard work has been invaluable to us, especially through difficult personal times where she has understood just how important it was to have a property manager we can confide in and rely on. Reemi Yasmin - A Super Property Manager!
Reemi Yasmin has been unfailingly efficient over the past few months in flagging me on decisions and actions needed for my Birmingham flat, and she always goes the extra mile in chasing me up if I don't respond in a timely way. This is a great help as I live in Japan and am unable to stay on top of the many changes coming in for landlords.
