Previous to Abbie Clark taking over my property management I had a pretty awful experience with a previous manager
However since Abbie has taken over it has restored my confidence
She is really quick to get back to me and is always helpful

Gita Patel has been an exceptional coordinator, particularly during times of crisis. She has consistently made herself available, even during late-night hours, and has stayed with me throughout the night to provide guidance and suggestions to help resolve urgent issues.

One instance that truly stood out was when I recently experienced a roof leak. Gita remained available overnight, offering continuous support and practical advice until the issue was under control. Her dedication and commitment during such a stressful situation were invaluable.

I have always found Gita to be highly proactive and responsive. Whether through email or phone, she promptly addresses my queries and works diligently to resolve any concerns. Her professionalism, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile make her an outstanding coordinator, and I sincerely appreciate all the support she has provided.

What a wonderful estate agent to have actually found a property with.
Excellent from start to finish.
We met Mohammed at the property for a viewing he was very professional and polite, had a smile all the time. He has dealt with our needs in a timely manner and communicated very well throughout the process. Staff over a phone call were very polite and helpful.

Absolutely awful agency. We have had a broken washing machine since the 27th June, its the 20th July and no indication of when we can expect a repair. I have said at this point i just need to buy one myself but i dont know what to do with the old machine or if landlord expecting it to still be here when we move so i am stuch. We have had a leaking conservatory for over a year. When an old pipe burst on our top floor it took over a week to be repaired and we had to keep the water turned off. We also had nearly a month without heating when the boiler broke. Terrible.

I am in the process of securing a rental property from John Shepherd Estate agents.
Mohammed Ibrahim was already at the property when I went to view it. He took his time to show me around, explained everything I needed to know and he answered all my questions regarding the property kindly and respectfully.
He was really professional throughout the viewing.

Great in some ways
John Shepard have been excellent to use, they are responsive, the property we rent has been great, I would love to recommend them as a estate agent except from one glaring issue.
they use a company called WPG to fix any issues/manage the properties and it is a NIGHTMARE! they do not respond to anything, it took a week to replace my broken fob and I had no way to get in my own flat so had to keep ringing housemates to let me in, it is seemingly just one guy who does not care whatsoever, it is seemingly impossible to get a hold of him. Moreover, for some reason wpg literally just uses one person, and everything completely hinges on one guy who is impossible to contact. My bed broke and It was still incredibly difficult to get a hold of him.
aside from this they have been excellent but its hard to recommend them with service like this.
