This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. conned into a three year contract that is now up for renewal. I want to cancel, but no email for the cancellation team, no contact no and when I am told that they will call me back they don't. First year ok and subsequent years just the worst company ever. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Poor experience - repeatedly
Poor experience - repeatedly. I have referred Kynex to CAB and Trading Standards. The company uses heavy sales techniques and seeks to dodge genuine complaints. Phone calls are deleted after 30 days and the company does not sign up to the communication ombudsman. Kynex bring 02 into disrepute. Please be cautious about signing a contract with this disreputable organization. I am a genuine consumer who has not come across a company using such unethical practices before.

Excellent Service - Finally Resolved After Months of Issues
After 4 months of frustration and being passed between multiple customer service representatives who couldn't explain basic billing queries or resolve my hardware delivery issue, Isla Lidington finally sorted everything out.
Isla was the first person who:
Actually took the time to explain the billing charges (RPI increase and E-Sim package deal)
Offered a genuine resolution (free upgrade to A26 5G handset + £60 credit)
Provided clear communication and followed through on promises
Sent me the Trustpilot link and phone case details as promised
The difference between Isla's service and the previous 5+ representatives I spoke with was night and day. She was professional, knowledgeable, and actually took ownership of the problem rather than just passing it to another department.
