Was called by a pushy sales rep from…
Was called by a pushy sales rep from Kynex Ltd asking for information about my mobile phone service, who wouldn't listen that we did not want a sales call.
He continued raising his voice and talking over me, I explained that we were not interested and we had a severe family emergency involving an autistic child's attempted suicide and asked him to stop, he continued to raise his voice and talk over me aggressively pushing for information that I had already told him he couldn't have.
When I explained again the extreme and sensitive nature of the family emergency and how we were all super stressed, he ignored me and continued to push his sale.
When I asked him to delete our number from their database and not call again, he laughed and raised his voice and said that I had failed to removed my number from some service and so he had the right to call.
I reminded him that we were dealing with an attempted suicide of an autistic child, (a child who had been bullied like this salesman from Kynex was trying to bully me now) and asked him to go, He refused and raised his voice returning to his pressure sale tactic.
When I asked for the details of his boss or a number to call to report this abusive phone call he refused to provide it. He was still abusively talking over me as I hung up.
I submitted this review originally with the full name of the salesman in the hope that the company would listen to the recording of the call and deal with it, and then apologise, instead they had the review removed to cover it up, citing the name of the employee as the reason.
So I edited the review, removing the surname of the employee, (many of their no doubt fake positive reviews include the first name of their employees) and resubmitted it, and very quickly it was deleted for including his first name.
What hypocrisy, there has been zero attempt to apologise or do anything about the disgusting abusive behavior from their company, all they care about is face.
DO YOU WANT TO USE A COMPANY THAT LAUGHS AT PARENTS GRIEVING THE SUICIDE ATTEMPT OF AN AUTISTIC CHILD AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD IT HAS JUST HAPPENED? - Me Neither... I will be researching to see if OffCom are able to help me with this.
A promise isn't a promise until its delivered!
Kynex do not keep to their promise. I have waited 3 months now for my monthly reimbursement for being over charged. They should pay £28 per month until the end of my contract in December, which can't come quick enough. They failed to pay April, May and now June. After numerous excuses and promises, still no refund.
To avoid disappointments do not sign up with Kynex
This matter has now been resolved by Joe Green.
