Just received my first order of 3 x 12.5kg food. I usually buy the sacks from B&M but this is much more convenient and actually cheaper. DPD delivered very quickly, so I will definitely use this company regularly now. I get through a lot of bird food for my visitors.

First time shopping with this website, and when my item arrived there was a perch missing from the feeder.

I contacted them by phone, which is rare these days to get to speak to a real person; Keith was very helpful and sent me a replacement the very next day.

My order of Leagrams Insect Suet Pellets for wild birds, came in two cardboard boxes, which on opening I found a plastic bag containing the pellets which was not sealed. This meant I spilled lots of pellets from the first box, which I had to sweep up and caused waste. I tried containing the pellets in the 2nd box and managed to get most of the spillage inside the box and then decant it to the bag, which I sealed. However, when I picked up the bag it was so flimsy, my hand supporting the bottom, went right through it, causing even more spillage and waste. In addition, some pellets in one of the boxes were crushed to powder. I contacted the supplier who said that the thin plastic liner inside the box is not intended to function as a lift-out bag and is is there purely as an internal liner to help prevent oil transfer from the pellets to the outer packaging during transit. I was told the pellets should ideally remain inside the box while being decanted or transferred into a suitable storage container. Regarding the crushed pellets, I was simply told some minor breakdown into dust can occur during handling and transit due to the "nature of the product". This wasn't a satisfactory response. The box is too small to decant the pellets from the bag within it, there is no indication of which way up the open bag is positioned, and no instructions / warning of any of the things subsequently mentioned by the supplier. I have been buying bird food for decades and never had any as badly packaged as this. I won't be a return customer. Don't be fooled by the "good value" of this product; it's a false economy.

Was recommended this company by a family member and would recommend them to any bird/nature lovers. Ordered bird seed, fat balls, suet blocks and feeder. All arrived perfectly packaged and very fast. The birds went straight to the feeders to feast and seem very happy! Ty☺️🐦🐦‍⬛

Lots of choice for the birds very competitive pricing, and incredibly fast delivery, will continue to use this company for sure.

Very disappointing. The 'mealworm' suet logs are full of cheap millet and are encased in excessive, non recyclable packaging. I will be returning to my usual supplier.
